I came into this pizza hut to pick up my to-go order of 2 medium pizzas for a total of $31.48 (not exactly a great deal) I told the employee my name, she couldn’t find me so she asked for the pizzahut number I called in, i gave it to her and she says yeah you ordered at the other pizza hut on north may. I say okay thanks, get in my car and drive to the other pizza hut which turns out to be pizza hut express inside target where you just grab and go. After I realized this wasn’t the right pizza hit I call the original number I ordered and ask what the location is, she tells me its north may close to wilshire, and she then says oh yeah you were just in here and you do have a pick up order here. She doesn’t even apologize for sending me on a wild goose chase. When I get there I ask the guy if he can throw in a couple ranches since I had to spend my gas and it was the employees fault. He said no he can not give ranch for free. I say okay how does ranch cost, he tells 60 something cents. I say fine I’ll buy 1 ranch. Then he doesn’t even give me the ranch with my order after he charged me for it. I had to go back inside and ask for my 1 packet of ranch. I tell the workers my frustrations and they all are just laughing.. no apologizes no nothing. This pizza hut sucks horribly. I will never go back

Your gonna wait at least 2 hours for a Delivery no matter the time of day you order. Doing Anything in a timely manner is not they’re concern at all. Cold pizza seems to be they’re signature pizza for Delivery.
