This location charged us extra without our knowledge. I ordered over the phone and my husband paid in store. The total he paid for the pizza was correct at the time so he signed the receipt and never received a customer copy. It was a pickup order so we didn’t tip this time. We later saw that our charge was adjusted and they took an additional $2. I spoke to one of the managers named Kaitlin, and she looked at the order and couldn’t explain why we were over charged and told me it must be their new systems. I called corporate to make them aware that this establishment is charging guests extra without their knowledge and cannot explain why. Not sure if something fraudulent is happening here but I highly recommend comparing your bank account to your receipt, if you even receive your copy.

The “Big New Yorker” I received was essentially one giant soggy, greasy pile of cheese and pepperoni. The slices weren’t cut large like they were supposed to be (“6 XL SLICES,” the box says; yet I must have had 12 regular-sized slices). There was virtually NO SAUCE that I could taste (did they even use any!? I honestly don’t know). There was also no oregano, and although the original Big New Yorker had no oregano I was still interested to see what kind of impact it would have on the overall flavor.

Everything was hot but I ordered this for my friend’s family and they did not send the 2 orders of bread sticks. I know how much kids love those and that made me sad to know the did not get them.

Food was great as always. Delivery was super fast as usual BUT this is for corporate. The $4.99 delivery fee is over the top. If that fee went to the driver that would be different but I’m told it does not. Paying $4.99 fee plus tip is asking to much from people. Driver tip goes down when people get charged a delivery fee. Your drivers deserve better!
