Went to this location and their lobby was closed. The guy inside motion and me to go through the drive-through. There was one car in front of me in the drive-through and no way to go around. The people inside did not come to the window for 35 minutes! To tend to the car in front of me! By this time there were three cars behind me, and we were all stuck in a line that we couldn’t get out of. If you were going to make your customers go through the drive-through, the least you can do is take the order of the car in front and have them park in the parking lot for you to bring their pizzas out to them, especially since no one can go around! By the time it was my turn I wanted nothing to do with this business. I just continue to drive through. I was not gonna wait another 35 minutes for them to wait on me.

Absolute worst experience with this specific store took over an hour to deliver and forgot items. When I called to ask for them to be remade and sent to me the CSR demanded the opposite and hung up. Worst part was the pizzas were over cooked and had burnt chunks all over. Thanks for your services but never again.

I noticed new cooks in the kitchen. That’s what you call a topping. This time there was twice the amount of it on 4 different types we ordered this afternoon. Very pleased and satisfied. Strongly recommend. A+++

I gave them another try after sticking with Dominos. Last visit my boyfriend enjoyed his pizza. Ordered again today and once again…the roller coaster ride. Gave 2 stars because i didn’t order for me, but ordered for someone else. Delivery drivers would get good tips if orders weren’t so sloppy and carelessly thrown together. I’m still trying to understand the logic of the cinnabons. The icing was plopped on and drenched on the back of the container. Either someone could care less or they’re ready to go home.
