We were in Blackwell visiting from out of state. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The food was fantastic and far better quality than what we ever get in Topeka. We were just picking up an online order however the cashier still made us feel very welcome talking and laughing with us!!! Well done!

The staff was great ,food was adequate, the manager made the dining experience uncomfortable. The way in which he spoke to his employees made me uncomfortable. Left early for this reason and left a above average tip . Tip was for her professional behavior not being insubordinate.

I am the owner and operator of a lucrative Kansas business. Quarterly I take my top sellers just across the border for food and fun. A small bonus for each of them to try their luck at nearby casinos. There were 19 plus me for ahead count of 20. The Pizza Hut in Blackwell completely shown my team and I that friendly and manners aren’t their only issues. Employees step out to smoke, leaving the cloud of stinch for their customers to walk through on the way in. I counted three people manning this Pizza Hut and not one washed their hands after smoking or picking at the acne on their face. Our order was already in and when the shuttle delivered it to us, two pizzas were cold the other four had the ingredients on the pizza instead of having it with out. We all agreed to chalk one up to Pizza Hut perhaps they were short on employee’s. So here we are the following month in the same situation. First time mistake eh okay, second, third and fourth are ignorance, laziness, poor decision making. Their customer service was completely below satisfactory performance. The boss, possibly the district manager, whom ever they may be, should be terminated on the spot. Your employees are only as good as their trainer was. This is beyond food. We witnessed the manager hanging up on a customer and when the customer called back he pretended to speak another language and said he would have it delivered and hung up. The employees began to snicker because Blackwell Pizza Hut doesn’t have delivery.

We came here for lunch and was seated right away they had a lunch special of two salads and a medium pizza of which we got the salads were what you would expect from Pizza Hut and the pizza was wonderful as usual. My only complaint is that I really wish that Pizza Hut could use trans fat oil again because that was really what brought out the flavor in their crust I know there is nothing we can do about it now but just saying please bring back trans fats.
