The Big New Yorker Pizza. “What a MESS” This is what it looked like when I opened the box after delivery. Nothing BIG about this pizza. Crust sizes are different. No Parmesan added. And mostly all the orders I get you have to recut your pizza. Horrible!!!!

Well it’s hard to call it a pepperoni pizza when there’s not one piece of pepperoni on the pizza. I ordered online and drove 20 minutes to pick up my $45 order which was 2 large pizzas and big New Yorker. The big New Yorker was supposed to be a pepperoni with half of it with jalapeños. Well everything was there but the pepperoni. I called the store trying to get ahold of someone to talk to and as soon as I mentioned the pizza I was immediately put on hold then I called back and someone else picked up and again as soon as I mentioned the pizza was immediately put on hold. I’ll never spend another dime at this location. Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with.

If I could No stars this I would, as this experience wasnt worth it at all. I ordered through door dash for a pickup order and my CHEESY Alfredo (no chicken) came as CHICKEN Alfredo. Not the biggest deal but I was a little frustrated, but I also ordered cinnamon rolls (a 10 pack) and please explain to me WHY there is NO ICING!?!? they’re literally just plain cinnamon rolls. Very disappointed with the service from this location.

Both times I have ate there have been bad. The 1st I got home and had a emty wing contanier with jsut wing scause. The second time I had the wrong wing sause and the lady at the counter put her finger in the sause then tasted it and expected me to take it. She got really upset when I said I would not be eating the wings after her putting her finger in it. Then the wings were not even good and tasted burnt.

I put my online order in at 8:30 store closed at 9pm, figured I would get a bad order being at closing time. I was Wrong! pizza & wings were perfect. When I walked in to pick up, store was spotless and smelled clean as well. Windy and staff were great! best pizza in Seminole.

Dont order from pizza hut in Seminole. I order 2 pizzas after 1hour I called and they said it was out on delivery, called back 1hour half later and they said it was out for delivery. After 2 hour the manager calls and offered us a 2liter bottle of soda and are pizza are on ther way.
