I ordered a pepperoni Big New Yorker but received a cheese. When I called to have it fixed the young lady advised me that she didn’t know what to tell me but it showed a cheese. Their website glitches when making orders but I know what I ordered. Her customer service was horrible. Instead of talking to me like I was dumb she could have offered a better solution.

I got the New Yorker pizza. It was awful. There’s nothing New York about this pizza at all, sauce is sweet, way too much cheese. Hardly any pepperoni on it at all. Totally misleading don’t buy this. Didn’t look anything like the picture.

Terrible service all around. Waited forever for food, and when i called to see whats up, they basically said wait longer there is nothing they can do. I asked to cancel as it was still in the store and they said it was just sitting there for a while but they care more about one sale than having actual satisfied customers. never ordering here again.

Because 0 stars aren’t available. My first order experience. After 3 hours I called to cancel the order and was told I would get a refund which never happened. After a few months I decided to give another try. Food came 30 minutes late. I got someone else’s food and when I called them they said I had to bring it back to show them. If I wanted to drive I would not have ordered delivery. So I get there to show them and then have to wait while they remake my order. No apologies no discount. Guess from now on I’ll have to get Domino’s. They blamed it on the door dash driver. Like they aren’t the ones that hand it to the driver.

Do not come here they are lazy and unorganized. Gave me the wrong order after I waited an hour for pickup. Smelled like rotten meat in the lobby with trash all over the ground. The positive reviews seem fake so take that as you will. I will never come here again.
