Pizza was good, and we felt the ingredients were pretty fresh. Only complaint was that we ordered it for curbside pickup, waited 10 minutes outside, with there only being two cars in the front. I had to walk in, and ask for my order, and they just said “oh sorry”. I think it was just the staff at the time, it was around 9-10pm.

Cameron is awesome! Quick to fix issues, very nice, and they make a damn good pizza here! However, !Do not do delivery here! They have to use DoorDash and today was terrible.. got a text my dasher was here and after going back and fourth with DoorDash, came to the conclusion (an hour later) that my dasher left the order on some random bench 5 minutes away! Called this Pizza Hut location and talked to Cameron. He issued a refund and remade my order, I chose to pick it up the 2nd time around..

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I found a FLY in our pizza when I got home. I should have checked it at the store. I didn’t open it until I got home. Of course, no one will pick at the store, tried three times. Please check your order if you decide to order. We will not. Having a FLY in our pizza is totally unacceptable (also they forgot to add the sauce). Just unacceptable.

It’s now happened 5 times that we’ve ordered curbside pickup, click the “I’m here” button, we’ll wait 10+ minutes, but no one ever comes (we’ve tried calling like the app says, no one ever picks up). So we go inside to pick it up, the pizza’s just sitting on the counter, & the employees are just standing there. Also they keep messing up the order, either missing toppings & items, or adding random toppings.

Worst Pizza Hut location ever!!! I found a hair in my pizza, it’s cold, never fresh, and all the employees are so rude!!! I just want my pizza and curbside delivery!! Also, please pick up the phone!! There’s no need to keep ur phone on DND at a Pizza Hut!! The Kusty Krab pizza has better service!!

My order was totally messed up but the only things was right was the wings, pepperoni pizza and and the cinnabon sticks that’s the only reason for the 2 stars. Got there one minute before they said My order would be ready but it told them ten more minutes to get it ready than the manager said she would bring it out to my car but next came. The staff needs more training. My 2 veggie personal pans dry and veggies overcooked. They don’t answer the telephone at all I called 2 time so I could do a return. They gave me garlic bread sticks instead of cheese bread sticks that was on my order from online. This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order and I don’t plan to ever go here again.

The delivery driver guy that just delivered my food on 1/20/23 at 3:00PM was so rude. He did not say hey, how are you. Just threw me my food. People wonder why they don’t get tips! Your attitude is WHY! I had a $10 cash tip for him in my hand. Just from your “bad attitude” I kept it for someone who deserves it. He was so rude and customer service was horrible. I said thank you and he walked off. If you don’t like your job FIND A NEW ONE!!!! I will never order from this location again. I will be contact corporate as well.
