Every time I order curbside I never get the food brought out. I have to go in every time. And when I get in there they stare at me for a few minutes then the retrieve my food from the hotbox. I’m always sitting outside for at least 5minutes so my food is just sitting there and you know pizza is better when it’s fresh and hot! They’re never apologetic about it neither

Ordered mixed up bad.. We ordered half ham/pinapple & half sausage/mushroom. Instead we got half ham/mushroom & sausage/pineapple. Customer service was so bad, I don’t even want to call up there and ask for a replacement because I wouldn’t trust it.

I can only speak for my experience and it was good. I’m not one of those picky perfect Karen or Kevin’s that’s always gotta find something to complain about just to say I’ve complained. unless I really have something to complain about. Sometimes employees make mistakes and we forget that they are still human like us but no mistakes were made with my order.

Pizza Hut is a family favorite. Not tonight. Pizza was 15 min late that is after the 73 min wait. Second we ordered the pepperoni lovers and received a regular pepperoni so that was disappointing. Lastly wings and pizza was very cold. Will need to order from another location next time.

This location is a roll of the dice on if you order is correct. Where it might get delivered and will it take 30 minutes or 2 hours. What you can count on is awful people, terrible service, poor quality of ingredients and full lack of concern dealing with the cooking of the food.

I dropped something off at the UPS store and wanted something quick so I ordered a personal pan veggie (mushrooms, onions & black olives) pizza from the store. When I picked it up, I could not believe how dirty this store was. Dust absolutely everywhere. The warming ovens up front were so filthy I nearly gagged. The dirt everywhere was so thick, even the card machine was filthy. If this is how dirty the front of the place was (where customers can see everything), I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Absolutely disgusting. Oh, and they screwed up my order, added green peppers and no black olives. This place needs to close down, it’s that bad.
