I tried to use the app to place a large order. The app would not let me complete the order because it was too large. The app directed me to call the store directly. I called the store number and it took me to a call center. The person at the call center told me this location does not carry the wings and pizza that I was trying to order online. Which was the Hot Honey wings and the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza. I asked why I could potentially place the order online if they didn’t carry that flavor and they transferred me to the actual store from the call center. The lady I spoke to at the store told me they do carry those flavors and I began to tell her my order. At the end of my order I was given my total and it was different than my online total. I asked if they would match my online order and she said she won’t because it’s a call in order. I reiterated that the app would not let me place the order because it was too large and directed me to call the store. She did not care if I placed the order or not and hung up. I called back and a man answered the phone. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I explained the situation and he gave the same answer. I asked if he only wanted to collect people’s money $20 to $30 at a time and he said yes. I guess i will take my $300 order somewhere else. I hear Jimbo’s in Celina is good. So I will try there. But no matter what I will never order from this place again.

Mehn I used to love the place for my kiddos but lately my orders have been mehn. Either it’s too much sauce, not enough meat, or soggy crust. Bummed about it.

It might be impossible to have a worse experience getting pizza than ordering at this Pizza Hut. They are always “close” their hours make no sense. The service seems to be non existent. And it’s just a waste of time to try and get a warm pizza.

Food was half an order late to be delivered. When it arrived, it was cold and we were missing items. The driver just floored it, even though we were calling after him. No one answers the phone – had to get ahold of corporate in order to get someone on the line

Our large order was prepared to perfection. Everything was hot and they got every detail spot on. Extra sauce was exactly where we asked. Both team members I spoke with had a smile and polite comment. Most important of all, it was delicious. The entire family loved it.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. this place is a complete joke, and if anything is ever wrong with your order no one will answer.. Nothing is delivered on time, and I completely caught them in a lie on this order today. After a 55min delivery quote nothing was delivered. After 1 1/2 hours i drove to the store. The obnoxious guy behind counter with brown hair and goatee wanted to argue about that exact minute I ordered my pizza. I showed him on my phone when I ordered and he laughed.
