Try Napolis across the street. This particular Pizza Hut is horrible with customer service and the food the produce. Simple instructions to not put too much sauce on a pizza and they went ahead and threw all the sauce on it. Felt disgusting at the time of bite. Didn’t give wings and had to go back to get them. Hadn’t had this place in about a year and it’ll probably be a while again.

Horrible service. Called our order without calling to tell us. Then are out of stuff and do not call to resolve any issues. 2 1/2 hours and 3 phone calls later. We never received our food. This is ridiculous. People order food to eat and feed kids not to never receive it after being charged.RIDICULOUS AND AWEFUL SERVICE. DO NOT RECCOMEND EVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN. This is terrible to make people wait to never received a phone call or their food.

Cashier had issues with someone’s card placing order over the phone & nobody came to the front to help her as the front area became crowded with customers. I waited a very long time. She called someone up to help then had him takeover the phone order. There is also no menu posted to choose from or see prices.

i was going to leave a cash tip for the delivery driver but once he saw me write 0 on the tip on the receipt he said “seriously” and walked away with an attitude . if he waited a few more secs i would’ve gave him a cash tip but he quickly wanted to judge and get upset .

I was unable to order online due to my neighborhood being in a new development so I called in and attempted to explain my situation. I called and was put on the phone line with someone who was not even in the same area as me. I explained the situation and they kept repeating that I was out of their delivery area and asked if I could do carry out instead. I explained I had been drinking and was trying to be responsible, told her that I am only 5 minutes away from the store, and that it’s just my address is not yet recognized by whatever mapping software they use.
