I was on the Pizza Hut wagon for many years. Just too many bad experiences for a spell. But you know what they say, proximity breeds romance. And in this case, Pizza Hut is just a five minute drive for me while others are so far away. So far, this location has been spot on with timing, consistency and value. There is this super pretty cashier which is why I skip the delivery and head straight for the counter! However, I have also fallen for the stuffed crust and breadstick combo as well.

WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Maybe only 30% of the pizza even has cheese. Its basically just cooked bread with a few pepperonis thrown on. Tried to call and waited 15 min just for no one to answer, I assume because they don’t want to make anymore for the night. Never again

This location has really gone down hill. Not sure who is responsible for the estimated time for orders to be complete, the app or the store. They are coninstenly about 20 minutes behind the time the app says the food will be ready over my last 5 orders. It has finally come to the point of warning other people this place is a mess. I placed my order at 6:50pm. The app said it would be ready in 14 minutes. The email said it would be ready at 7:10. It was not actually ready until 7:43.

Family and I have been ordering from this location for years. Pricing and quality used to be better. It has gone downhill a bit, unfortunately. East Plano location off Shiloh Road seems to have better quality when I’m in the area ordering over there.

I ordered 4 pizzas, the chicken pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce was messed up. Too much sauce that was runny and spilled all over the box. It was very disappointing. Plus there was not enough toppings on the pizza. The other pizzas were good though.

My order was not correct. We did not have black olives as ordered. They seemed to skimp on the toppings today. The delivery fee has gone up. The food came fairly quickly but was not as hot as anticipated. Overall decent pizza.
