We had the pleasure of visiting Pizza Hut with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We ordered a large veggie pizza and it only cost $10 because we ordered it online. This was very cheap compared to other pizza places due to all the toppings we had. The young lady working the counter was awesome with her personality and customer service.

Got a large pizza from this location and it is as good as usual but I wanted to post about the delivery driver, Johnny. I’m visiting the area at a hotel and asked for plates. Unfortunately this location doesn’t have plates. So, the driver stopped and bought some at the store along the way. I’m flabbergasted at this level of service and he should be commended.

I don’t know how this location is still open. Ordered a big new Yorker with double pepperoni as advertised on the website. Got home and opened the box it was just a burned cheese pizza no pepperoni on it. I usually just go to the cedar hill location but they were sold out of the big new Yorker. The reason I go to the cedar hill location is because this location has been consistently bad for years. I will never and I mean never spend $$ again at this location, just drive a little further and get better service and quality from cedar hill.

Customer service is horrible no greeting when you walk in the door. Don’t care if you said hello they say nothing back after signing my ticket for my Pizza l said thank you still nothing. People we have to do better if don’t like your job find one that you do like.

Terrible customer service. Ordered pizza get there to pick it up. No one to be found while I’m looking at my pizza sitting on the oven waiting to be boxed for 4 minutes. I call out to see if anyone was there managers screams I’m coming on the phone. He comes 3 minutes more later now my pizza sitting even longer. While I’m waiting I snapped pictures of not only no one at the register but filthy dirty floors along with my pizza still sitting on the outside of the filthy oven. Manager finally came from the back I questioned my pizza being outside the oven for extended amount of time. The manager walked away laughing with his coworker about it

Ordered online line at 4:30pm, it was never delivered . I had to go and pick up my order at 6pm because they kept saying that my order would be delivered. This place is beyond horrible with customer service and delivery. You will not get your order if you request for a delivery. This place is trash! Do not do business with this location!
