Called my storefront IMMEDIATELY 10 times after placing my order to let them know that my reward points were not used, tried to reach them before the driver came out they never answered the phone. I called them from 11:30 until a little after noon no one ever answered the phone the driver showed up and wasted his gas.

Terrible service my husband ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas on phone for delivery they at 447pm on 6/3/22 we didn’t get our pizza until 745pm and that’s because we went to pick it up. 3 different people told him they were the managers and they would get us our order within 30 minutes each time we were told we don’t know what happened it’s out for delivery. We were told by this 3 manager “as soon as the delivery driver gets here I will sent him to deliver your pizza it will be about 10-15minutes”. They lied to us 15 minutes no one came we went to pick it up. Then when we arrived to the Camp Wisdom location there were 3 employees compensating about I don’t what, but one of those people was the delivery driver with our pizza on the counter. After a few minutes they acknowledged our presence and one person asked if she could help us. My husband told her the name on the order and she was like this pizza is yours. We got a free soda that was not so free since we had to pay a delivery fee not sure how much since we didn’t get a receipt all I know is they charged my bank card. So this pizza order was a complete disappointment on pizza hut service.

I placed my order on 5/03/21 at 10:54 am and I was told that it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived at 11:25 am and the doors were locked. I made sure that I pulled on the door hard enough just in case it was stuck and I also knocked on the door but no one came to the door. I went back to my car and watched as two other cars pull up in which they experienced the same thing that I did. Someone finally unlocked the at 11:59 am. Needless to say, I no longer wanted THAT pizza.

If I could go lower than one star I would, I went in for a pizza today and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes a guy with a ski mask came and gave me the worst pizza I have ever seen and he was just rude.

I have a Pizza Hut 5 minutes from where I live but rarely use it because they never ever have personal pans which is advertised. I went to 2 other locations in town with the same results. Also, the medium meat lovers I had to settle for, the dough wasn’t completely cooked in the middle. I used to work as a team member and management for them many years ago when they had pride in the food they were serving.

Horrible experience and what makes this worse…I was dealing with the Gm of this store. I ordered the $10 3 topping special. There was a mistake somewhere…ordered thin crust but I guess she thought I said pan. After waiting 30 min for my pizza in the lobby..it finally was ready. A pan pizza half cooked. I didnt want to wait another 30 min so I left and called the gm when I got home. Long story short..she didn’t fix the problem..made it to be my fault and hung up in my face

I order a big box meal w/ pepperoni on one and Italian sausage on the other pizza, got both pepperoni instead and the pizzas was burnt and pizza melt, did not receive at all!!! I called six times no one answered the phone, after the 6th or 7th ring the phone would hang up automatically. I paid $39.00 for this awful mess of a meal. I’m totally disappointed and dissatisfied, will never order from this place and will tell anyone that will listen never order from u people

Ordered at 11:50 it’s now 1:30 they brought me the entirely wrong order then had to go back it’s been an hour since they took the wrong order back at this point I’m hungry and irritated could of offered a refund or something a 25 min delivery time has turned into a 2 hour wait time and this is ridiculous
