This Pizza Hut is absolutely amazing! My food is always hot and fresh, and the customer service is 10/10! Every time I order, there’s a sweet note written on the pizza box or on the wings’ container (which is what I frequently order – pizza and wings), and the folks are so sweet and kind! My pizza melt dripped grease from the moment I picked it up and it leaked into my box as well as my hand. My food was hot, but it wasn’t too appealing. When I opened my wings, there was a good amount of grease and butter in the bottom of the bowl and my wings were soaked in it Not cool to get that kind of food for my money!

Jalapeños on point for this pizza. Service was great and when I went to pick up they opened everything to ensure I got the right order and when a sauce was missing (the women assisting me noticed not me) she immediately got what I needed. Very kind and attentive to their customers in store.

We just experienced the delight that is Rebecca! She came in clutch when we were having issues ordering online, because our subdivision doesn’t register in their system yet. She quickly added our address to their database and took our order. She was a breath of fresh air to talk too and made our 1st Princeton takeout order a experience we won’t soon forget. Horrible place… They never honor any coupons that every other store does, and they jack up their prices even more than every other store… Have had number of times where I received the wrong order after more than an hour past delivery time… Then they said they would make another one but never did… The app for their store hardly ever works and same with the website… all around 0/5 Dominos is 2$ per pizza cheaper and they never have issues with getting stuff delivered to my house on time with the correct order.
