5 star service all the way. The wife and I ate the buffet today 7/8/22. Was the first time in a long time to not get carry out. Got there just before noon so it was fairly crowded but the service was top notch. They kept a good selection of pizza out all the time and the waitress checked on us often. I wish I could remember her name but I cant. She was very professional and friendly.

I called in a order an when all done ,I was given a price. I questioned the total an the girl told me I was misinformed an hung up on me. So I went to the store to pick up my carryout I ordered and they said there wasn’t an order under my name an phone number. She said they have had a lot of complaints on the call center today.

the service there sucked. everyone was behind the counter talking about eyebrows and looked over at my table and still took them 10 minuets just to take our order. then the messed up on the order and had to redo it. they gave attitude just because we wanted something done a certain way and they didn’t want to. so I think it was a manager came over after the server asked her to and told us they won’t do something a certain way without calling the new manager out of dallas. we told them go agead. we sat there for over an hour just waiting for them to get the pizza right. what’s really sad is the pizza maker is the only one who came out and let us know what was going on.. LET’S JUST SAY WE’RE NOT GOING BACK THERE. And they threw a fit over the fact that we wanted pizza cut in squares.. it’s not that hard.
