It’s my favorite Pizza Hut location in Tyler! Cleaner than the rest, and the staff are on the ball pushing those orders even on weekends. I’ve never waited much longer than 18 minutes or so from the time I order to the time they put it in my hands (I usually wait and/or carryout). My only criticism so far is the ease of getting in and out of the location on Broadway. It’s kind of on a hill, easy to miss the turn if you’re not paying attention, and you have to be real careful of the 50+mph southbound traffic as your leaving. Not going to knock them for that, but just be alert if you’re visiting here during rush and dinner hours.

Went to this Pizza Hut on 8/30/2023 around 12pm and there was a lady at the front she act like she didn’t want to be there and made me feel like I was bothering her so I just cancelled my order and left. Bad costumer service i will never go back to that Pizza Hut.

Bad Customer Service. The online ordering system glitches out and places the wrong order. Called the store immediately and was put on an indefinite hold for 15 min and hung up. Called again and they just did not even bother to pick up phone. Got to store and told them what happened and response was sorry too bad. Basically we don’t care. Ended up taking the wrong order, because it my card was already charged. Too make it worse the pizza was soggy. Don’t waste your money with this place, they don’t care.

We ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and the mini Cinnabons. The pizza were HORRIBLE! They were not the right thickness and looked nasty! The Cinnabons were so small for almost $7.00 were not eatable. I will Never Go To This Pizza Hut!
