This is 2 times in a row I have ordered pizza and is was wrong. Last time I paid for double pepperoni and double bacon large pizza. 3 pepperonis on each slice is double?? Couldn’t even see any bacon at all. Last night they didn’t put jalapeños on the pizza at all even when I paid for it. Do better or hire people that can read and do what’s on the screen. Also I asked for light sauce, well it was drenched in sauce. Just tired of paying for pizza and not being correct. Crazy thing is if I steal from Pizza Hut, police pay me a visit. If I pay for a topping and don’t get it, Pizza Hut steals from me. What’s the difference?

I ordered a XL New York Pizza Italian Sausage and Pepperoni and Barbque Chicken wings. Paid 35 Dollars for this order. They sent it through Door Dash. It is an hour from our order and we called the automated number and it said it was delivered. Been on hold bc they are contacting the manager. Ordered a pizza at 555pm on May 29th online to be ready to pickup at 630 pm. Showed up at 630pm. Only 2 employees. One was a driver that came in to help. Waited till 8pm before my pizza was ready. No coupon of compensation for what I went through

This Pizza Hut used to be okay, but the last two times I have ordered from here the pizza has been blah. Something is off with the sauce and they are being stingy with the toppings. The sausage was also cooked too long.

Burnt cheese sticks,super thin crust, unevenly cut pizza slices, slices wouldn’t separate because the cut wasn’t deep enough, stuffed crust cheese felt soggy instead hot and fresh. Thoroughly disappointed in my order and advise anyone to stay away from this location. Wish I had never come here.

I placed a pick up order for the New York style pepperoni pizza. It was burnt. I asked her to make it over. She said with an attitude it’s gonna come out the same oven. And then she said, do you want a refund? No I want my pizza I reply, but that’s OK just give me my money back that then take 5 more minutes smh ♀️

I would give zero stars if possible! Not once have I ever ordered from here and there not been a issue. Waited months decided to try again and nothing’s changed. Ordered pizzas at 3pm to be delivered 5pm seen them on tracker being made at 4pm 530pm and they still are not here. This place in Alvarado is terrible and management has attitude! DO NOT GO THERE!! GAS STATION PIZZA IS LESS DRAMA!!!!
