We ordered veggies pizza, pepperoni, cheese sticks and cinnamon rolls, the pepperoni pizza was not good at all. I don’t know what it was, the veggies one was good but the other is still in the fridge and nobody wants to touch it..

Service is bad, and they get your order wrong every time I went there. They gave me a free credit for messing up my order. Then when I used the credit for another pizza they got it wrong again. Asked for stuff crust and they gave us a thin crust. They just can’t get it right

Our pickup Super Bowl meal was delicious in every way. We ordered a large pizza and wings and Cinnabons for dessert. The lady who took my order over the phone was so helpful and when i picked up my order at the store the lady at the counter was very nice. All around good experience!

Excellent service, by both the pizza hut team member called ahead to verify my order and give time frame for delivery. Door dash , arrived earlier than quoted, but was perfect. Food was delicious and made directly as I ordered it. Temp was nice and warm. I definitely recommend!

The pizza arrived severely undercooked. No one answered the phone at the store. The toppings looked raw and you couldn’t pull the pizza apart as it was so undercooked the dough stayed stuck in the center. I tried to finish cooking it at home but it was tasteless. I had not ordered Pizza Hut in years. And I will never again.

Melts were cold and hard and gene was rude my pizzas are always made wrong the last time I ordered a supreme with jalapeno and they never add them and I talked to gene and he bro me a little container with jalapeno and said now u have jalapenos really bad customer service

I ordered food and drinks. The food arrived but 2 of the drinks didn’t. I tried calling them but they didn’t answer. I had to call customer service (an entirely different number than the store number) and the customer service was kind of rude and didn’t really seem to care or listen. They said I’ll get a refund in a couple of days, but that remains to be seen.

Funny how your receipt says returned checks along with the states maximum allowable returned check fee, but no place on here does it state what you will do when you basicly steals from a customer. I did call and as there was almost a solution I was hung up on. Great job Pizza Hit. Thanks for taking my money

Unbelievably bad service. The driver barely spoke English and couldn’t seem to articulate where he was or where he was trying to go. This driver didn’t respond to direct questions and then hung up on me when I was trying to give direction. He also expected me to go outside and meet him instead of even attempting to try the door to my apartment. After 10 minutes of playing phone tag, he apparently gave up, went back to the Hut and claimed that I gave him a made up address.

Both the pizza and Hotwings were not fresh. We began Eating the food immediately after the driver delivered it. Both items were barely warm. The hotwings were hard with hardly any Buffalo sauce. To make matters worse we were at work and did not have any flatware to eat the Hotwings. We both began to have upset stomach a few hours after eating.
