They deserve 0 stars omg. This was the worst experience I have ever had in the history of pizza huts. I preordered at 6:21pm for pick up at 8:30 got there at 8p and they didn’t have it ready, ok cool. Still didn’t get my order u til dam near 9 nd I wasn’t the only one. They are over staffed and people bumping into eachother no glass at the front door it’s literally a wooden door. Moths and flies flying everywhere inside. And I hardly saw anyone wash their hands. I got a pizza and a Alfredo, tell me why the Alfredo didn’t even have sauce. Just cheese fry noodles and meat. I’ll never go back to Pizza Hut ever in my life. I’d rather eat a Totinos pizza than this. No fr. Go to Walmart it’s better.

Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. I ordered online. I called and they said it was ready for pickup. When I got there, the manager said it would be a minute. As I stood inside, for almost an hour, I saw complacency and apathy at its finest. They forgot to bake one of my pizzas. So I waited for it. Almost every customer that came through their door had an issue. They moved so slow as well. One of the delivery drivers was sitting outside in his car. The manager had to walk outside and tell him his delivery was ready. He still didn’t budge. He stayed in his car. Not one time did they answer the phone. When I finally got all the pizzas I had ordered, I asked for my pizza melt. They forgot that too. Yes, I had to wait for that as well. Wow! If you’re going to order food from this place, I wish you the best of luck. You have no idea!! I didn’t even mention all of the rest of the chaos. Not even close.

Not a good store. It’s a hole in the wall. All employees are slow. 3 of them usually stand around. My 1 pizza/folder took an hour and 20 minutes for pick up. And it was wrong. I got hand tossed instead dish. Hardly any toppings or cheese and the fold pizza looked nothing like advertised. Go to a better store.

The location i went to really sucked they had bad service. I ordered over the phone and they said 15 to 20 min i can go. I went almost 35 min and they still Didn’t have my order completed then i got back to work and my order was wrong. I will never order again pizza hut. Yall had 8 employees incuding 2 managers and still could get it slightly right.

I put an order in, which I entered to pick up prior to their closing time. I drove all the way to the location to pick it up. First they stated they were out of the kind of pizza I ordered, I said I would settle for regular crust as I just wanted food after working a very long shift. Then they came back out a few minutes later and stated they only could take cash, which I was not carrying any on me, so I was told they could not complete my order. Then the lights were all turned off and the staff left. Seemed like they were more interested in closing for the night than completing my order. I put in a lot of lunch orders for work events at various locations and I will definitely be choosing a different pizza place going forward.

Manager And staff had attitudes towards dashers and Uber drivers. Blamed their system for errors had one Uber driver there for 30 mins waiting on an order. Very unprofessional. When I worked at Pizza Hut 3 decades ago before Managers started getting rude and even falsifying the records of several drivers including me, it was a great place to work or order food from. It’s gone downhill since then.

I purchased a pizza through the app And it told me I had to pay a door dash driver to deliver my pizza for an additional $20.55 Plus delivery fee and tip I don’t mind tipping but I was not paying an additional order fee when it was taken out of my gift card already. Thankfully Precious the store manager last night was awesome she told me she wasn’t gonna let the door dash driver deliver my pizza and have them charge me the additional 20$ so she was so cool and told me if you can pick it up or send someone to pick it up she would hold it for me. I told her I could pick it up after work and just like that when I arrived she was so kind to have it ready and fresh. Precious you are a great person and we need more like you thank you ! Customer service was exceeded tremendously will be coming back ! Once again thank you Precious!
