I visited this place 7 months ago and had a bad experience. I decided to check it out again hoping it would have improved. This one was a worse experience. I ordered two large NO CUT pizzas. When I showed up there a couple of minutes after the promised time, the rep asked me to wait another 6-7 minutes. I showed up again and found out they had cut one of the pizzas. They asked for more time. While I was waiting I saw a whole lot of bad restaurant practices. The lady preparing pizzas had no gloves and was touching all ingredients, dough and everything else with bare hands. The manager girl and worker employee were repeatedly touching ready pizzas with their hands while handling. The worker was handling money bills with the same hands and at one time grabbed some money from the register and shoved in his back pocket. When I saw that my pizza had been ready outside the sliding oven for at least five minutes, I reminded the manager that it was already more than 20 minutes past my promised time and the pizza had been sitting ready there for at least five minutes, she got upset grabbed the pizza and slammed it in a box. She used her bare hands to center it in the box. Finally I received my pizza like 25 minutes past the promised time. I do not see myself getting any food from there any more.

I order from Pizza Hut all the time, it’s usually a hit or miss. Last night was a miss. It was loaded down was sauce, so much we couldn’t eat but 1 slice each. It was a $30 total pizza including tip and delivery charge. We ended up having to go get burgers for dinner. The pizza could have been much warmer when it arrived, it was not even room temperature. It was definitely a miss last night.

We ordered online for carry-out, and were told upon arrival (which was after the time estimated for pickup) that it would be 5 minutes as the pizzas weren’t even in the oven yet! Needless to say, it took longer than 5 minutes. Worse yet, they didn’t even fully cook the pizza!! I took pictures and sent them as proof. The XL New Yorker was doughy and literally falling apart in several places due to the undercooked dough. Considering how badly it was deteriorated (blaringly obvious gaps in the shredded slices), it was far too obvious for the facility to not notice. This tops the list of bad pizza experiences. I stopped using Pizza Hut for years due to a situation some time ago, then recently decided to give them another shot since we’d moved – BIG mistake!! There are way too many pizza options to waste your time on them; I suggest you go somewhere else.

Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My order says that it was delivered over an hour ago, which is not true. Keep in mind, I placed this over 2 hours ago. I called the store to see how to get my order re-delivered and was sent to a call center where I was transferred over 10 times and nobody helped me. I ordered using the app. I am honestly so frustrated by this situation and would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. At this point I would rather take a remote-controlled submarine to the bottom of the Mariana Trench than order from this store again.

My food from last night took forever to arrive. It wasn’t even lukewarm. I ordered the cheesy alfredo and received the chicken Alfredo. An order before this one, I was missing food. The number apparently goes to a call center. Where I was hung up on twice by the same person. I had reached out to the driver with no response. Finally I sent an email. They responded saying I should hear from the store soon to resolve this. I never did. At that point I just wanted my money back for what I didn’t get. Should have learned from that experience.

If I could rate a 0 I would. We placed an order for a pizza and on the tracker it updated to making your pizza. A hour and a half passes so I decided to call, the automated message said my order was canceled. The call representative I spoke to transferred me to the store the call had ended. So I call back and got the same guy, he lied and said a supervisor was going to call me back in 10 minutes, no one called back so I did. After sitting on hold for 40 minutes I did research and found out the call center closed at 12am, the guy just didn’t want to be bothered with me. All I want is a refund I can’t believe I spent my last here to feed my nieces and nephews.

Dont order from this location. They don’t give you all the food you order. Then when you call the manager cant even pick up the phone to help customers that help pay their salary. Worst customer service ever. Ill never order from pizza hut again.

Terrible service, food wasn’t ready, and when we got it, it was cold and incorrect. It was chaos in there, no one seemed to know what they were doing. They were supposed to refund part of our money, because part of our order was missing, but I never saw it come through. Will not be going back to this location. They usually miss something, but have never messed it up this bad. Overall waste of money and terrible food.

They dont seem to know how to put toppings on a pizza correctly, nor do they know how to cook it fully. The pictures below are the 2ND pizza to replace the first one that was even thinner and half raw. Manager was really great at making things right by remaking the pizza and even giving me a credit for next time, but sadly even that pizza was sadly, not very good either. FYI this was supposed to be a hand tossed crust, NOT thin and crispy!!

Ordered online 2 hours ago at 1pm on a Saturday, when I call the location a voice messages says they are closed ? Called different location on status of delivery and was put on hold ,when they did answer simply hung up mid conversation…a loyal customer for years …no more !
