Area has been annexed by Mansfield. Was referred to a Pizza Hut further away. I could drive to the Pizza Hut contacted in less than 10 minutes Contacted Dominoes in the Mansfield area, which had no problem finding the address or delivering to the address. Would advise Pizza Hut to update new addresses to the area.

It’s really bad in service and bad food too i got my order all of it wrong that after they missed my order and they still done it wrong and i did try to call two times they put me on hold for a long time and I even ask to speek to the co-operate and they still send me to speak to the store and no one answered i have all the pic of their food they are super bad I definitely not recommend this store at all

Bought a meatlovers and received mostly hamburger/beef meat and a few sprinkles of pork with barely any cheese of sauce. Not happy at all. If I had not ordered stuff crust it would have been horrible. So I really had cheese stick with balls of meat on the side. They definitely was falling off because there was nothing to keep my meat in place. Ughhhh!!

Save yourself the headache and trouble and just DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION (Broad in Mansfield). I’ve never ordered there and had a good experience – literally. The pizza is almost always cold or just not fresh. And they ALWAYS forget something. And then there’s the waiting on hold for ever because no one answers the phone.

This is the 2nd time having a bad experience with this Pizza Hut… I ordered over the phone spoke with someone overseas paid $40.30 I ordered 2 extra large pizzas 6 piece wings and order of bread sticks. All I got was 1 extra large pizza and bread sticks. Tried calling pizza hut so they could correct my order was on hold for 45 minutes for someone to answer then hang up never again. Now my Family movie night is ruined.

Horrible service. This is supposed to be a pepperoni pizza with EXTRA cheese, but instead, it’s light cheese with extra pepperoni. I only ordered here because Mama’s Pizza wasn’t opened today. I see why their rating is so low. They were very stingy on the pizza sauce, too. Don’t waste your money here.

Complete waste of money. Thin and crispy meat lovers ended up being very soft uncooked crust and every slice all the toppings fell into the box when you pick it up. All the toppings of the pizza are in the box.

I tried three times through the app to use my rewards which I have plenty to order a full meal and it would not allow me to do it for delivery yeah I turned around and ordered the same stuff and paid and it went right through so I’m very upset that I wasted my time couldn’t use my rewards and had to pay for something that should have been free.. What good is the app or the rewards if we can’t use them??
