I ordered a big dinner box with 3 pizzas and they covered the pizzas awkwardly to where the 4 corners of EACH pizza wasn’t covered with toppings and was mostly bread. I called and complained, they sent a replacement made the exact same way. SMH! Do they not check before they send out orders, especially replacement ones? I will never order from this location ever again.

Area has been annexed to Mansfield. The Pizza Hut called is 10 minutes or less from the location called. Representative stated could not find address is system and was referred to a Pizza Hut in Midlothian. Called Dominoes Pizza which found the address and delivered. Would recommend Pizza Hut to update new addresses in the area.

They weren’t very busy, it seemed like a typical Friday night. I waited in my car till it said it was ready, I walked in and the guy at the counter informed me they hadn’t even put my pizza in the oven.. a little upsetting but no biggie. After 5-10 minutes the manager comes out and says they don’t have the dough for what I ordered, he offered a replacement and reluctantly I took it, the only reason I gave this a 3 star review is 1 the lack of communication and 2 the item I received was something like 5-7$ cheaper than what I ordered. I still got hot food and it wasn’t bad, just kinda paid more for less ya know?

Where do I begin. I ordered my pizza at 4:03pm, according to the app, it should’ve been ready in 15min, so 4:18pm. I selected curbside pickup but had to go in to get it since it was now 4:24 and still no pizza. I was told it was on the cutting board when I gave them my name. I get my pizza and boneless wings and head home. I get all the way home to discover they gave me a plain, overcooked pepperoni pizza, when I ordered pepperoni, Italian sausage, and black olives. And some of the boneless wings felt mushy, probably undercooked. Sad to say I was pretty disappointed with this order, especially when my last handful of orders were near perfect.

Left food on ground. Food hanging out the box. Was 40 minutes late even though they’re just up the road. Food was cold. Wings only had small parts sauced. Delivery person even though instructed to knock and hand it to us didn’t. Didn’t knock. Didn’t hand it to us. Just put it on the ground which is dirty and accessible to bugs.

Cheese sticks are cold and look burnt not to mention the box is squished.Placed my order over an hour ago. Said my delivery was out 20 mins ago when I stay right down the street literally 8 mins away. Shouldnt take over an hour to get some cheese sticks and a couple drinks especially when I’m paying 23 bucks for it. Also 4.99 is a Ridiculous delivery fee that doesnt even go to the driver, never ordering here again.

Scrimped on ingredients. Crust thick and tuff for hand tossed, not enough sauce, minimal amount of ingredients, pepperoni shaved as thin as paper, had to buy red pepper flakes. Medium pizza cost me over $19.00.
