If there were a way to leave no stars, I would. I called this store at the corner of Matlock and Debbie lane to ask why I couldn’t get the website to take my order. The app wouldn’t allow me to add items to the cart so I asked the young person(wouldn’t call her a lady) that answered the phone if she could honor the same price since all I wanted was a thin crust pepperoni pizza and she told me the price would be way more. I asked her why they couldn’t honor the price online since the website and app wouldn’t allow me to order it and she had the audacity to say to me, “Calm down ma’am, you’re being rude” WTH. What! I was in shock. Are you seriously going to tell a customer to calm down and tell them they’re being rude because you think you’re on a phone. I live less than a mile from that location and have bought from there numerous occasions and I will NEVER order from there again. I hung up on her then called the other store that’s almost as close and the guy that answered the phone gave me the same price since I couldn’t place my order online and he did it with a professional demeanor.I don’t know who manages that Debbie lane location but my mother was a Regional manager (market coach) for that Pizza Hut for over 30 years and she would have fired that young lady on the spot. You do not talk to people like that. She needs to find a job wherein she has no communication with customers at all. I hope the owner sees this and realizes that she needs to be washing dishes in the back of the place. Appalled! In shock and disgusted by how ridiculous that location has gotten. One star is actually too much! Wow!

Door Dash forgot half of my order at the store, so when I called to correct this – they were very quick to correct it. The food was good, but not great. I’ve had better pizza – but for a night that I didn’t want to cook at the house, it’ll do. Only actual food related complaint is the cinnamon rolls were a little over done, other than that – average take out chain pizza place.

I ordered 4 Diet Pepsi 20oz drinks with my food order. The delivery driver brought 4 bottles of Pepsi. When I pointed out that she brought the wrong thing, she argued with me saying, “I only brought what they gave me!” She’s still responsible for checking the order before delivering it to me. I refused to accept delivery of the drinks, which made her very upset. Very poor attitude throughout the entire ordeal. When I tried calling the store to speak to a manager, I was directed to a call center. I was hung up on 3 times before someone told me that I could not talk directly to the store and that I would have to call customer service. To top it off, the pizza was not correct. I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers with extra cheese. I could count the number of pepperoni on the pizza. Definitely shortchanged on the amount of meat provided.

Make sure that when ordering from the website. You know that pizza hut uses doordash? Therefore, if you have any problems with the order, you must go through doordash as Pizza Hut will not take responsibility.

Pizza was soggy and greasy. The workers act like they don’t want to be there. During my wait, a door dasher was picking up an order, but cancelled it cause it wasn’t ready yet. Wouldve been ready in 10 mins, but by the time the customer would’ve gotten their pizza it would’ve been nasty. Everything was horrible. Would never go back

They need to get rid of that dragon tails system and door dash. Everyone complains on how they sometimes don’t even receive their orders cause door dash don’t even deliver it. Then the store has to make it right by loosing out money in making the order again and have one of their delivery drivers take it the second time.

Ordered a pepperoni and chicken Alfredo and received 2 pepperoni pizzas. When we called the store on 8/18/23 8:01 pm, a very disrespectful, smart mouthed girl answered and refused to fix our order and refused to allow us to speak with manager.

I don’t understand. This is a delivery location that doesn’t have drivers? So door dash has to be available to deliver orders but can’t guarantee there will be a driver available to pick it up. This means cold pizza that has been waiting to be picked up. Once it shows picked up (picked up after the delivery was supposed to already be made) its a 25 min to drive 5.3 miles? Anybody know who still has their own drivers? I will order from those places. App says the order is out for delivery 20 min ago but the driver still shows they are in the parking lot at pizza hut.
