Dashanique got our order wrong. Then treated us with aggressive demeanor when we simply asked about our order. We did nothing, took it and left but that’s is really no way to treat someone. If you don’t feel like coming to work please don’t instead of ruining other people’s days.

Terrible Feast
Worst pizza ever. Supposed to been hamburger and green pepper. Only two pieces of meat on each slice, really no peppers. The whole spot needs to be shut down. Disappointment

I placed an order at 7:05 for 12 pizzas. I was told that if I get delivery it would be 60 mins, but if I pick up it would be 15 mins. I placed the order and said I would pick up. I allowed additional time and arrived at 7:40. The manager Meme asks for my name couldn’t find it. When I told her I ordered 40 mins ago she found it and said oh we didn’t have the right dough. I asked her ok so how much more longer she than says .. I then come back 20 mins later. Still NO pizzas. She said we had to wait for the dough to get ready. I asked how long as our party was coming to an end for the kids. She walked off didn’t come back for some time. I asked for corporate she said she doesn’t have one. She don’t know the email address yet she wrote a lady name Tiffany down on paper for me to call her. I asked for the owner she doesn’t know but your the manager. Her name was not on her badge. The gentleman cooking them kept asking if I was ok. I asked would we get some free for the wait or inconvenience she said no. Yet she’s in the back yelling at one of the workers… I’m extremely upset about this

Taylor the manager on duty which I placed my order with and I ask for light light sauce. Received my pizza and the sauce was so thick it was coming up on the top. It disgusted me and I had to throw whole large pizza in trash. Called the store and Taylor answered and when I told her about my pizza she said she would give me a credit but I didn’t want a credit I wanted another pizza. She said they could not replace my pizza. If I wanted another pizza I was going to have to bring my pizza back to the store. The whole point of delivery is not leaving your house. When I told her she was not a good manager, she even more rudely than she was already laughed and said oh yea. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend this pizza hut till they get managers wanting to do their jobs right. I am a long time pizza hut eater and I will not use this store ever again. Beware of manager Taylor she is very rude.

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever! They are rude and have poor customer service. I placed a order through their website and when it arrived I was missing the 2 liter Drink. Called to the store and the manager (Tiffany) said she couldn’t do anything but give me a store credit. I said ok here’s my email so I can have a confirmation on the fix to my order. She said no we don’t do that. So how am I to know you fixed it? In my online account it doesn’t show a credit. She said she had customers to wait on and didn’t have time to help me and hung up. I would give no stars if I could. This isn’t the first time my order was wrong.
