I am so Upset. I ordered the pizza melts it was disgusting. No meat inside of it. I had breasticks no marinara sauce for the melts or the bread sticks. I want my money back. I can’t make it today due to swelling in my knee .

Why advertise curbside pickup at this location when I called to tell them I arrived for the curbside pickup and they said they don’t do curbside pickup at nights I chose the curbside pickup because I had my daughter with me and she was asleep so I was thinking they’ll bring the order to my car but no I had to go inside with her to get my pizzas. the staffs are hit or miss, depends who’s on shifts … we ordered the Chicago style pizza from here once and that will be our last time getting it, the sauce tastes cold that wasn’t even heated on the pizza.

Update: I no longer am a patron of Pizza Hut. Their pizza crusts were generally undercooked in the middle and I got tired of putting up with it. I switched to Dominoes and their crust is awesome! However, I sure do miss the OLD days of Pizza Hut’s signature pizza recipe *sigh*

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! They don’t have enough staff to handle in store customer volume. The staff speaks and acts disrespectfully. They make you wait a long time just to pick up your order even if you call ahead. As a matter of fact, they won’t let you pay in store if you make a large order over the phone. Since I had been a repeat customer, I shouldn’t be treated like this. No one should be treated like you’re a liar or theif. Order from them at your own risk!
