I ordered two pizzas, unfortunately one of them was incorrect. I went back to see if they can re make it and charge me and the stupid white guy with the motorcycle rejected my order. After I asked him if I can pay for it again and said no we would just add pepperoni on the pizza instead of remaking it. What kind of customer service is that? I hope you get fired

I gave these idiots another chance. They can’t walk a pizza out to the car when you order curbside pickup. They can’t wait on you when you walk up to the front counter to get the pizza that they couldn’t bring out. They can’t answer the phone when you call them to let them know they need to bring the pizza out. And then they give you the wrong damned order!

ABSOLUTELY HORRID STAFF!!! staff is very rude and does not know how to do thier jobs. I ordered a pizza and wings a week ago. App said door dash was delivering it for them. Go figure door dash steals my food. I ordered through PH app. I still haven’t got my pizza and wings. When I call to get a refund they hang up on me or just don’t answer the phone. Even the corporate office gives me a hard time for $27.04. I will never spend my money with any sub company of this brand. Taco bell KFC none of that. I highly recommend you don’t either.

I like the wings here but not today. Two of my six wings were broken legs. It just grosses me out thinking about poor little chickens being treated so bad that they have bones hanging out of their legs. If they are in that condition I have zero faith that they are clean or disease free

Very kind people. In our first night at our apartment we ordered delivery and everything was wonderful! They did forget our 2-liter and silverware but we’re very kind when I called back and prompt in bringing our forgotten items to us. Thank you Pizza Hut for feeding our family for the night!
