Pizza was great,Boneless Wings was a tad bit on the unflavored side. Not what I expected. Delivery was fast but service of the order wasn’t fulfilled of what I paid for,missing my Condiments. Overall, it’s nothing major. Not the Delivery person’s fault but the person fulfilling the order(s) fault. Can be forgiven but make sure to check and double check before leaving out the door.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did with this location today. We placed a $30 order for delivery plus a tip for the driver. 30 minutes after placing the order we received a call from an employee stating that they had no delivery drivers and door dash could not pick up our order so we would need to come pick it up or they would have to cancel it. We asked if the delivery fee and tip could be refunded if we came to pick it up and asked to speak to the manager. The manager stated that she would have to recharge us in order to refund that part but it would take 3-5 days for the funds to re-enter our account and we would have to pay again if we came to pick up. We explained that we didn’t have the funds in the account it was paid from the be charged twice and have to wait a week for the refund and it didn’t seem fair that we were willing to come pick it up and the order was already paid for and this was their error. She then accused us of trying to demand free food and threatened to cancel our order all together. We told her it was fine and that they could keep the delivery fee and tip and we would come pick it up we just asked for the food to be fresh. When we got there they did not provide some of our items and we had to go back and ask for them. Drove all the way back home to discover they had made our pepperoni pizza with cheese on TOP of the pepperonis. The crust was soggy and undercooked, the pepperonis were greasy and soft due to being cooked underneath the cheese, and the cheese was rubbery and disgusting. The food was completely inedible. And to make matters even worse the employees of the store prank called us at 11pm. Absolutely horrifying management.

Two days ago I ordered a Super Supreme large thin crust pizza from here and it was the best pizza ever, not only the best made but also the best I have ever tasted. It was delicious! I have to give credit to the young lady that was there that made my pizza. Thank u so much and I will coming back here again.

Sorry to hear about everyone who had bad experiences recently, but I gotta say they were awesome. I placed an order and then tried to call them because my friend told me that quepapas were discontinued (after I had just ordered some) and they didn’t answer the phone. After 4 tries, I decided to let fate take it’s course. My pizza and quepapas were delivered fresh and hot less than 25 minutes after I placed my order. Fastest delivery I’ve ever received. Great job y’all.

If I could give 0 I would. This experience was TRASH. I ordered online and called after an hour. They told me they did not have delivery drivers so I told them I would pick it up myself. I got there and the woman who said she was the manager told me she canceled the order and I had ro pay for it again. I told her why did she do that I said I would come pick it up. When i arrived i was told they use door dash driver and nobody would come to deliver the order. She began yelling and cussing at me all the while there was another woman there in the back cooking area with a baby in a stroller while cooking. The manager refused to tell me her name and told me she was going to throw the cash register at me!!!! WILL NEVER ORDER AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

The past 3 times we’ve been here there has been way too much cheese on the pizzas to the point where we threw a whole one away. Tonight we asked for easy cheese in hopes it would be a proper amount and this is what got delivered to our house. We’re not eating it. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. It’s been a waste of time, money & food.

They use DoorDash for deliveries because they don’t have drivers. I never receive my order, and they never take responsibility. Even had a worker hang up on me during a dispute. If that was the manager, I can see why this place is going downhill.
