My hope is that the store manager will see this and follow up. I have been treated terribly by this location and have had poor quality service multiple times I have also been denied names of the two employees whom apparently had fun being rude and playing disrespectful and unprofessional games. They both decided not to provide the complaint line number and the manager used terms like “I’m not psychic” and would not disclose his name and shouted I’m not worried about getting in trouble. Post pandemic employees seem to do whatever because companies are hard up for workers I guess I will not be choosing this location any more.

On Sunday My Husband and I came for Our regular pizza and buffalo chicken melts. Once we were home we ate the pizza first. I opened the box to the melts and there was no cheese and no sauce. Just chicken and onion. Mind You Our Grandchildren we’re watching a movie and eating so when I called they said I was going to be credited for our 2 orders of the melts since they were made totally wrong. When I came for the melts they said I was only going to be credited for the buffalo sauce not even the cheese that was missing. I was told over the phone we would be given 2 orders because that’s what we paid for and they we’re missing ingredients. We come to this location on a weekly basis and we WILL NOT be coming back here again. I know accidents happen but we should have been given 2 orders like they told us they were. PAY MORE ATTENTION!!

It took this location 3 times to get my pizza right. First one I got the charcoal special. Second one arrived a little better,but still burnt. How did my husband’s pizza come out normal and mine burnt?! They definitely ruined my love of pizza for me for awhile.

The last 2 order’s I made were for $51. The first time the pizza’s were obviously from other pizzas. Pieces were larger and some were smaller than other pizzas. I was refunded. The very next time I ordered to spend the refund they gave me, they did the same thing. You cant look at the pizza slices and believe they went into the oven together. That is disgusting.

Love this location. Food is always on point. Wings need a little shake to get the sauce on everything. But so far I’ve not been disappointed. Norris was awesome with delivery today. Pizza is hot and fresh. Kids are happy. Look at all that cheese!

I placed a carry out order, and when i arrived I was told my order would take longer than expected because they had to remake one of my pizzas. The manager was courteous, explained delay, resolved the issue prior to my arrival, and offered complementary drink for my wait. Wonderful Customer Service!!

This place would easily be a 5 star but they don’t read instructions. 3 times in a row I put don’t know or ring doorbell and they continue to do it. I have 3 dogs and they go nuts every single time. Please read your custimers instructions
