While I’ve never had an issue with my food, I have had issues with coupons. Seems like whatever they offer online are the only offers you’ll get. Don’t bother using mailer coupons (with no specific stores) because they won’t take them. This is why I give them 2 stars. What’s the point of receiving PH mail coupons if my nearest restaurant won’t take them?

We’ve been coming to this location since they opened, and it’s been alright. However, today, we found out they don’t accept mail coupons, so don’t count on those. I found this out after ordering online, and after coming in, they refuse them. The franchise owner made this decision, which makes no sense.

Let’s start with terrible. Ordered online via the app, 2 specialty pizzas for delivery. Delivery person shows up with one pizza, and it’s neither of the pizzas we ordered. Called the store to attempt to get the correct order and were “accidentally” disconnected twice after explaining the situation. Third time was the charm and we spoke to the assistant store manager who explained that their was nothing they could do because they don’t own the app and the order they received was what came through the app. Coincidentally, the charges seemed to process fine… No offer to issue a credit, or fill the order properly, or any effort to make corrections. We didn’t want something free, just what we ordered. However , all we received was the mantra of “we can do nothing,” and “it’s not our app.” So when we told the Asst. Mgr. we’d be posting a negative review, she just hung up. With all the phone issues, we concluded that, in addition to a faulty app this location’s phone system was clearly on the fritz as well. So we went to the store with the (wrong) pizza to return it and to avoid any further technology related issues.

I tried to use the online ordering system to place my order and it failed three different times. However, I did see it charged my bank (an amount that was not what I ordered). So I called to see if maybe it had gone through somehow. The assistant manger informed me that she did not have my order, and there was nothing she could do about the charges because she couldn’t see them. Despite confirming it was in fact their store number I was seeing charging me. When I asked for an email or something to follow up she told me I could just call back tomorrow. The most baffling part of all of this is not one single time did she offer to take the order I was trying to place. I mean, that would have been the least she could have done since the error was clearly in their system. I’d gladly switch stores, but apparently this group owns all the local ones so it looks like it’s time for a new pizza chain.
