This location has a manager that will not help customers with order issues. We placed an order with the app, the app said the pizza was delivered, but not to us. The manager refused to help saying he received no order and would no longer answer the phone after hanging up on me. Didn’t have any problem taking my money though! Enjoy it!

This was our first time trying this location for dine-in and my wife and I had a very pleasant dining experience. The food was hot and fresh and the atmosphere was comfortable. Above all, the service was outstanding from each of the employees we interacted with. I recommend this Pizza Hut location in Lantana.

This pizza hut has zero customer service. My order was placed online, and 1.5hours later, while sitting in the drive-thru for 20min. Then, deciding to walk inside the restaurant. Stood inside restaurant for 45min, while NO ONE made eye contact with the 10 other customers standing, waiting on their orders as well.

Fast service, and great food. We ordered a small pepperoni, a personal BBQ, breadsticks, and a personal pepperoni. It took about 15-20 minutes to get ready, which is quite fast for what we ordered. It was very spacious and had many seats. We arrived about an hour before closing, and there was some food left on the table, which was a bit odd, but it was still good.

Place is hit or miss. The good $10 3-topping large pizza deal is gone now and I think they expired my reward points because I’ve been going to Domino’s lately due to some subpar pizzas from Pizza Hut (and the removal of the pizza deal that I like). Will try them again later to see if they can make a comeback but that’s not today unfortunately.

I had been buying pizza from this store for a long time but the last time I had a bad disappointment. My order lasted 30 minutes to wait and it was very soggy and the pizza and pasta were not to my liking. I will never buy in this place again. The manager was very rude when I asked why my order had taken so long. I think his staff are not doing a good job.

Currently sitting in this establishment with no light above my head and no team around to be bothered with handing me a plate for my meal. This pizza wasn’t cut all the way through which blows my mind due to it being thin. Crew seems worried about closing up shop 30 minutes to posted closing time. I grew up living pizza hut and hate that most locations have become carry out or delivery only, but sitting here in reminded why I have turned to other fast casual pizza spots. Sad!

So glad they have a restaurant and not just delivery. Kind of brings me back to my childhood to eat here. Tables are always dirty but the staff promptly cleans when asked. The staff hardly enjoy themselves.
