I have to say hands down this is one of the best Pizza Huts I visited since they closed down the best Pizza Hut ever the one in Saginaw. Amber does an amazing job at getting her pizzas out in a timely fashion. Not only do the pizzas look great but they taste even better.

This store has several people just standing around while they can’t meet the times given in their app. We were quoted 19 minutes when we ordered (online for carryout). It took us probably 30 minutes to get there, and we were still waiting almost 20 min in the store. When we finally got our order, we didn’t even get a printed receipt. The girl standing there looking lost just assumed we didn’t need one. When asked, she started the scramble, and it took her another 5 minutes to print it. This was our first time here, and we will for sure be going to one of the other 3 places near there for pizza from now on.

Pizza was left on the ground just next to the table that was there for the delivery. There were no notification the pizza was ever delivered ie a knock at the door or even a door bell ring. I checked my cameras to confirm. Pizza was cold, nasty, and was dropped off like a USPS package. Nope!

Horrible. I ordered one meat pasta and one veg. Pasta got to meat. No ones answers the phone. I havent ordered from pizza hut in a long time and now I remember why. I will not be buying anything else. To many other options ti deal with this kind of unprofessionalism

Every time I order form this location something is always wrong with our food. Two had two pizzas both cold and over cooked. My child wouldn’t even eat it. So after I got off I took it up there and the lady was rude like oh pizza was missing yeah like I am goin to put slices back after They ate off of it! NO !! And then said the ovens was off at 10:30pm when they close at 11pm so what if someone called and wanted food are they going to tell them NO! I would never order form here again ! No wonder why the have a 3.1 star

Got two undercooked pizzas bathing in sauce. Also, I ordered extra pepperoni on one and felt like it was a regular amount. Bread sticks were good, so threw out two pizzas and ate the breadsticks.
