Placed my order 5 minutes before 4pm on a Tuesday. Was told it would be delivered in 21-31 minutes. 45 minutes later I had to call and check the status. My order arrived almost 10 minutes later. The pizza was almost well done, which I didn’t request. I also asked for contactless delivery. The driver didn’t look to see that. The Cinnabon order was also over cooked.

Cant tell ya last time I was in a hut cuz-yuk! So here to grab a bite cuz work. What a pleasant surprise, it wasn’t a sad and old pizza parlor. Fairly new and clean with the most delightful, melt in ur mouth, cheese sticks. Cashier had all kinds of smile action goin on too. Wings good but ima try a different flavor next time tho. C’mon…its not like mama’s pizza!!!

Everything is getting pushed out too fast. I’m at my end getting my Friday pizza for the kids and I haft to put it in the oven to finish cooking every single time , more than 7 times. You would figure I’d go somewhere else but I want my Friday pizza hut that’s cooked all the way.

Ordered pizza last night, same order we always get… double pepperoni extra cheese, it’s my husbands order every time! The crust was still doughy and raw…though the cheese on top was burnt. How is this possible??
