They have made mistakes in the past but always make it right but this time was horrible. They have my order to someone else and then proceeded to argue with me like it was my fault. Then, after arguing asked if I wanted to remake the order….no, don’t worry about it and I walked. Terrible service, terrible experience, and sadly okay with losing business.

I’m done with this store. They’ve gone so downhill in the past 6 months. When they don’t have a topping you selected they just don’t add it. No phone call. Nothing. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the food. Tonight was the last straw as the pasta we ordered came about 40 minutes past the estimated delivery time with some excuse of “we needed pans” or something to that effect. And we got the smores cookie thing and it’s not cut. They give a handful of forks and explain that its “too messy” to cut. Fine. Whatever. Open the pasta that is the two pans of pasta with an order of breadsticks for 10 bucks. I open the box to find 3 pans of pasta. I can’t even call to have words with them over this because the delivery man told me the phones are down and have been all day.

Last Friday night, I ordered a pizza and a Dr. Pepper on the app. The app charged my card, however there was no order coming up. I went ahead and drove here to see what was going on. There was only one person working on this Friday night, to my knowledge, which must be a little overwhelming. After explaining what had happened, he kindly gave me what I had ordered. I just want you to know that I appreciate your professional manner in which you handled the situation.

They got my wing flavor wrong and pepperoni pizza had three large two inch holes in it. Order was cold when I got it too. Wasn’t able to get a hold of the store to fix it until the next day because they never pick up the phone. They did give me a store credit that I can only use at the store but I cant get a hold of the store to use it. I wish I would have just got a refund. Can’t wait for Dominos to open up!

I ordered on line to deliver 12 wings and 2 cheese bread. An hour and 30 minutes later no food, I called and the employee wanted to argue with me about my order which amounted to 40.29 for 12 chicken wings and 2 cheese bread. That conversation went on until I got the shift manager who said the computer showed it as a pick up order. I told her I would forward her the email which showed I was billed for the delivery charge and a 4.00 tip and all I wanted was my food at which point I was invited to come and pick it up. I explained I paid for delivery I was currently with no vehicle on site and I expected it to be delivered she said she would make the order keep in mind this is an hour and a half later and she would have it out. Then she called me back and told me I had a 4.00 balance which turned out to be the tip! so two hours later I finally got my order. Never again will I call Pizza Hut. Dominos is opening a new location in town your store will probably close. Mine is not the only experience like this.
