Clean. Staff was neat and very very nice. Sorry they no longer have fountain drinks- only bottled but I figure that was a corporate decision. Pizza was fresh, hot, toppings generous. All in all- a really nice experience. I’ll go back.

Always good service for delivery until the last time I ordered. They used Door Dash. I had just gotten out of the hospital had crash and broke two ribs. Was dopey from pain and pain meds. Thought I gave the delivery guy 2 twenty dollar bills. Told him to take $5.00 for a tip. He gave me change for $40. However I noticed later that night I had given him a $20 bill and a $100. He knew but ripped me off. Called the store, was put on hold for awhile then hung up on. Called again, same

We purchased two pizzas last night, a pepperoni and a meat lovers. They were delivered in less than 30 minutes, piping hot and perfectly prepared. We were hungry or I would have taken a picture. Best Pizza Hut around.

Keep better stock. Always running out of certain items (drinks mostly). Today they were out of regular fries. Delivery drivers need to double check orders are correct before leaving store. Multiple instances of calling store to have driver come back because of missing items or incorrect items. Ex. Tonight I received dry boneless wings without the honey BBQ sauce.

Ordered pizza and sides along with Soda and never received anything. Driver called me 5 times to get apt. And directions. He stated he was not from here and found the entire situation as a joke to be laughed about. Called store to ask what was going on when “GMO”, at least that is the title he gave himself. Stated you have already been refunded and hung up. No apology. No, I will make this right just hung up. This is my second time to try and order from pizza hut.

Years ago I promised myself I’d no longer be a brand loyal consumer and accept less than satisfying service just because. I hadn’t had The Hut for several years until I went to a small gathering pre C-19 distancing and I tasted the food again. I learned that I had a slice of pizza from the Jacksboro Hwy location in Wichita Falls Texas. I’ve returned my loyalty to Pizza Hut thanks to the staff and quality of food, delivery and online orders!

Our Pizza is always SO good at the Jacksboro Highway location in Wichita Falls, TX. The crew is doing a great job despite the fact they are short handed, just like every place else in the US. I think we have only had a bad pizza one time at this store, a few years ago. We will continue to recommend this store over any other pizza store in town. Oh and we have been eating her for 40 years 🙂
