3 times in 3 weeks placed a pick up order and after the app stated my order was ready for pick up, I arrive to pick up my order and the Pizza Hut staff state to me they have no idea what I am talking about. Today is 19 March 2023–I ordered 2 medium pizzas, I showed up to get them and the staff had no idea what I was talking about–(in spite of the app notifying me my pizza was ready for pickup).

The pizza was delicious not overly greasy like it can be sometimes. The customer service was great and they always have deals going to make a bigger bang for your buck. Oh yeah and I work there that’s why I was suggested for this review you dorks. Either way stop by and enjoy some great food. Ask for our “5 dollar and up Line Up deals”

Attempted to call in an order for delivery. The Young man taking the call was apparently so freaking stoned that after 10 minutes I have up, I am not comfortable with this location. The other location that is less than 1/2 mile further away will not deliver here. I am not comfortable eating food from the Sheppard location and the Burkburnett location apparently does not want to drive an extra 1/2 mile. I finally gave up and called a different pizza restaurant that was even further away but did not seem to mind the income.

Takes an hour for a walk in personal pan pizza… I came in once during my lunch and they seemed to loose my order on a walk in. Took over an hour even after walking up twice for the statues… Few days pass and I figured I give them the another chance. Took 45 min this time and they where not that busy. They didn’t even start my pizza till I checked the status 25 min after I placed my order… But service was friendly and professional about it all… But not enough for me to want to come back… Just order from the one off base.
