Just got my pizza 5 minutes ago. I can say this was the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from a Pizza Hut . If you dont have proofed dough ready then call the customer and ask them for another choice. Either the dough was put in the oven half frozen or right out of the fridge, because it was flat and and chewy with a raw center. There was so much grease it was inedible. The dough was so tough it wasn’t even cut all the way through. How did this pass quality assurance?

No longer tipping before I get and see my order. Forgetting things when I spend almost 100$ is rude. I paid for sauces on the side for your convenience and mine. So I didnt have to call and say Naked wings with sauce on the side please. I could have, and justifibly, wouldn’t have paid for the sauce at all.

Not sure how someone took this out the oven and thought it was acceptable to send out. Waited an hour and 30 minutes for this one, just to wait another hour and a half for a replacement that was still dry and tasted like cardboard. This has happened multiple times but this has definitely been the worst. I understand having bad nights but you can look at this and tell it’s unacceptable. I’m done with this location

Ordered pizza and wings from Pizza Hut tonight. Everything was ready to pick up in 15 minutes. We did have to wait an additional 3 minutes at the window when we got there for our wings but it was worth it. We will definitely be back soon.

Today maybe was not a normal day. We normally have great pizza but today was not that great. The most delightful item was the Cinnabons and the chicken wings. The pizza and cheese sticks were very dry (maybe overcooked). We will try again one day.

Very polite and professional service. We ordered a large stuffed crust and wings for delivery. We weren’t too pleased with the order, so we called back. Alex quickly answered the phone and was very polite and apologetic for our dissatisfaction. With no questions asked he made things right by giving us a remake of the order. Most people would be rude about something like this, but Alex was so nice and understanding. When we received the remake that Alex had made himself, we were very pleased. The food was exactly what we wanted, and made perfect. Thank you
