If I could give this pizza hut 0 stars I would. My family tried to order pizza today and the “mannager” was very rude and disrespectful. I know when Cory worked there he respected and cared for his customers. The new manager Bell should be ashamed for her actions tonight. All we wanted to do was order pizza for our family not be met with attitude and disrespectful nature. We will never be ordering food form this astablishment. We have called the corporate office to report this as well.

I ordered ahead and actually arrived a few minutes early. The girl let me know the order was still in the oven. I asked if could pay and she was friendly. She shared a few things about pizza hut with me and I shared how much we love that store with her. It was nice to be treated like we mattered.

Men’s restroom was dirty, without soap or paper towels. We ordered/paid in 2 hours in advance for a pickup and had to wait 10 minutes at the register because the cash register didn’t have appropriate change (dollar bills and quarters) for two customers ahead of us, manager went to get money bag from safe to still inform cashier there were no dollars or quarters. Cashier grabbed a wallet from another employee to try and break change. This same cashier was going back and forth from handling cash/personal wallet and touching food without washing her hands. This woman was an older blonde. When we walked up to the cash register we were not immediately greeted because she was busy handling cash in an employees personal wallet. When we opened our pizza there was a slice upside down where they had thrown it in the box carelessly. I witnessed this same blonde woman handling other pizzas this way. When we received our food there was a large line of people that had formed behind us as well. Aside from the negative the pizza did taste great.

We just drove through here and picked up a pizza on our way out of town. I don’t know what it was, but this pizza hut brought me back to my childhood and the pizza tasted way better than my local pizza hut. They didn’t have dine in, just drive thru and it worked out perfect for us because the pizza was ready as we were pulling up.

I have lived in Coleman for about 2 years now. When I first moved here the manager that was in charge had the most exceptional customer service skills I have seen in my life. Went above and beyond when my order came back messed up. Now 2 years later not sure if he still works here the service has gone down and it just seems to get worse. I love pizza hut I just think that the employees would try even harder to bring back the customer instead of treating us as the average customer. We are what making your business the oeople Coleman. Remember that your not just selling pizza your selling an experience .

Ok twice now ive ordered at 9: 30 and 9:40 and both times i have received a phone call from them saying they were closed. I tell them your website saids yall are open tell 10 and they tell me oh well it just needs to be updated we will fix that. So i guess they want to lose business from the local people. Guess the owner likes of this pizza hut likes losing money from paying customers.

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with extra sauce got the pizza home and it was over cooked hard and dry. Picked it up at 7:30 got home called at 7:56 to let them know they told me to bring it back so I did and then told me it wasn’t over cooked and what do I expect for a hour old pizza. Got there about 8:07 which wasn’t even an hour. Notable customer service and will not be ordering pizza here again. I have never had this bad of service or that poor of pizza from any Pizza Hut ever.
