We ordered a medium supreme pizza about $20 (granted it was without the mushrooms and sausage) but was disappointed in the amount of other toppings that were put on the pizza. We have no plans on coming back to Pizza Hut again. We will stay with Marcos and or MOD pizza.

The worst customer service, got the order incorrect and when i called it in the manager yelled at me and hung up twice. Pizza arrived soggy and cold. Ordered hand tossed but received deep dish. Asked for it to be burnt — barely cooked — the dough was still wet. Tasted like Little Caesars trash.

This Pizza Hut is so bad they never get your pizza correct. It taste horrible it’s like your eating grease and nothing else. They don’t even know how to roll the dough out evenly. so half your pizza is super then while the other half is thick. my husband literally had to taste the pizza in front of the cashier and gave the pizza back. Highly recommend to not go to this Pizza Hut

I honestly have no idea what I’m looking at. Not only is the order wrong b/c half was not supposed to have onions on it but there’s also a super greasy/soggy slice that looks super gross. I called shortly after the order was dropped off & it kept ringing as though the phone was taken off of the hook. I understand that they were tired & ready to go home but your job is your job & if you don’t like it, find a new one. I love Pizza Hut but I doubt they offer the best benefits. Therefore, there’s no excuse for this nasty, waste of money, pizza delivered to my home.

The absolute worst location imaginable. After blatantly lying about calling an incorrect number on the order I was told that if we have had problems in the past that we didn’t have to order from there anymore before hanging up the phone. I figured that Jennifer was going to keep acting like a child as she did on the phone but picking up and hanging up on a customer 20 times is a sign that this woman should really work elsewhere. I understand that people have rough days at work but given the amount of times this has come up in previous reviews im really not sure how this location stays in business.

The store charged my card a few dollars after my online order charge without my consent. I am disputing the unauthorized charge with my credit card company. We will see the result. Stealing money is very bad and untrustworthy!

The Pizza Hut on Heights blvd is sooo good! Ordered online today and did curbside. The service was great and they brought out my pizza to me…I loved it. They also seal your pizza box with a tamper sticker and I think that is awesome. I recommend this location because of great service fresh hot pizzas and they offer curbside.

The laziest and least honest employees. I order door dash from this restaurant, when my dasher arrived, the lying b@%#$ claimed the food was already taken. She had clearly been scammed and was too ashamed to face reality. When I, along with door dash attempted to call, there was no answer.
