The absolute worse pizza hut I’ve ever been too. Extremely slow, had ordered beforehand and still have to wait more than 30 mins after showing up when they said it was ready. No professionalism at all and they even allow a loiter in here bothering customers and they appear to even know him. He keeps coming back and trying to sell the customers stuff. Never ever ever coming back to this location. This is unacceptable even for busy. Oh and to be perfectly clear, this is the first time a pizza wasn’t ready after they said it was

This location consistently skips the extra cheese when ordered. I’m not sure if they just figure people will not notice or not complain. Every time we order pizza, we request extra cheese. In 2023, only 1 out of the numerous orders we had actually had extra cheese. In fact, the last order had less than the normal cheese. Pro tip for ordering at this location, just skip the extra cheese since they will do it for you anyway.

Pizza had a dead roach on it. When i pulled the first and second slice, i noticed that there was a pepper in the box. I ordered a 1-topping pizza but paid the additional charge for a second topping (pepperoni and Italian sausage; no peppers). After pulling the 3rd slice, my daughter noticed the bug. I advised her to throw the entire pizza away even the other pizza. This was very disgusting and i pray that the other slices were not contaminated.

Pizza was cold and the breadsticks were hard. I asked for the starry 2 liter drink but received an orange drink that I could not drink. No one from the store called to let me know that they didn’t have what I ordered or gave me an option to choose something different.

My order was wrong again. Third time!!!! I ordered 3 pizzas and they were supposed to be pepperoni and Italian sausage. They looked more like cheese pizzas with jalapeño. I’ve never had an issue with this specific location at 1702 W. Loop until new people took over. Will not be ordering from here again. I stopped going to the one on Long Point for similar reasons. The person who is in charge needs to be replaced.

food is way better than dominoes further down on 18th. however, prices are higher and the service is garbage at pizza hut. dont order curbside, you will eventually give up and go inside, cause they wont come out. even the street sign is off, its like they want to shut this place down. well, back to dominoes for me.

Placed an order. 2.5 hours later and 30 minutes after store close, the food never arrived, the delivery driver called and hung up after seriously like 2 seconds, before I could answer. He sent a text to verify my address so I verified it for him. Left me on read and blocked my number. Will never order from PizzaHut again.
