Watch out when you order online and schedule delivery! They are using Door Dash for deliveries and I was charged double for my order! They claim Door Dash charged for our order as well, my complaint… They updated my order amount without my approval to $103.36, if Door Dash charged too, how did they acquire my account information? And why? I didn’t approve Door Dash to have my account information, especially if I’m using the Pizza Hut app. Easy scam!!!! Beware! And don’t hold your breath on a refund, as you can see they’ve all started to play the blaming game and I have to wait 1-3 days for someone to CALL ME!

Ordered pizza from here online. Waited FOREVER… then got a notification from my credit card company that there was a refund trying to process. They canceled my order and didn’t even call to tell me! With my car in the shop and no one else delivering since it had gotten so late, me and my munchkin just didn’t eat dinner at all. I called customer service to ask why and to complain because I was really upset my kid was hungry! They were very nice, sent me a complimentary pizza as an apology. I ordered it with EXTRA EXTRA sauce on the pizza, bell peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes. This is what I got. I hadn’t mentioned the coupon until after I got my order, with disgust went and spoke the manager. Rang me up in silence for my other items and glared as I walked out. This pizza is burnt and DRY! Sorry Pizza Hut, epic fail at this location.

This Pizza Hut used to be really good, but the last couple of times I’ve ordered from here, the orders are wrong and then they will wait you out on the phone. They’ll tell you that the manager is busy and put you on hold for eternity. Don’t waist your time or money on this one. Definitely not worth it!

I ordered over the phone Tuesday 10/18/22 and came to pick up my order which was coming out of the oven as I walked in… There were only (2) people working, a young lady and a young man ( I want to say his name was Jose but it could have been Juan?) The young man met me at the register and let me tell you, as I waited for my order to be boxed up this guy was calm and and very professional. There was a rush of orders and the place was extremely busy but that didn’t phase him one bit. I was impressed to say the least. The oven was full to capacity and the orders were still coming in and people were lining up to pick up their orders also. The young lady was hustling and boxing up orders and keeping up with the demand as well… I have never seen such a busy rush handled so perfectly… Juan’s ability to handle the pressure was nothing short of amazing and it left a lasting impression on me. I have been a Pizza Hut customer since I was a young kid and I am 54 now and never have I seen such a busy hectic situation handled so perfectly… I could not in good conscience not leave a review. BTW, the Pizza and Pasta were done exactly right as well… Please do not get rid of this team. They can handle whatever needs to be done and if ever I saw management material I saw it Tuesday in Juan. Thank you Sir for making this the best Pizza Hut visit in my life… You have reinforced my opinion about Pizza Hut being the best place to order my Pizza and Pasta. Your fan for life. Paul Z.

This is the worst location to order from. They never have drivers. One they’re workers added a tip on my credit card that I had to dispute and today I ordered online and never got order. I called the hotline and it’s a shame nobody answered for her either…. If this location have more than 2 stars it’s because Pizza Hut paid people to rate them higher.
