Excellent establishment with exceptionally professional employees. While getting my food I was in the restaurant lobby for a little while waiting on my pizza. The workers were very respectful & actually working. The inside was really clean . There was a homeless man asking for any food that was not wanted but instead of denying the man and being rude they really showed kindness. I just want to say that employees like the manager and workers in there tonight need to be cherished & rewarded for the way they are keeping the store in order. This establishment made the area better.Having good restaurants like this one brings property value up also. I love this location for being such an example for our city.

Dominoes can forget about me ever ordering from them again. My delivery order was messed up because of their website, the tracker registered as complete and I called the manager Britney and explained but she obviously doesn’t believe in “the customer is always right” policy. Poor service, underwhelming product and I am actually glad that I had to defer to Pizza Hut. Thank you Pizza Hut for your service and your product.

Not sure if they have new management or if its a new staff, but their customer service has been going down hill. I did a curb side pick up order and waited in my car for almost 15 minutes, but no one ever came outside to give me my order. I got my kids out the car and went inside to get my order. First the girl stated that I just got here and I said no, I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes. Then she said Oh we thought you were the SUV. But no staff member ever went outside to give any car their curbside order. And the other vehicle was an SUV and I have a car. Then she said, most people just call about the order when they have been waiting for over 10 minutes. Which got me thinking that they are purposely NOT taking the customers order to their car because they don’t want to and forcing their customer to go inside to pick up their order. This Pizza Hut use to be awesome, and the staff was really friendly and they remembered their customer. But again, I don’t know if its new management or new staff that is making this Pizza Hut go sown hill.

I have ordered from the other 2 pizza places (Little Caesars and Domino’s) in this area and this place, by far, is the best! Their customer service is great! Their delivery drivers are always punctual! Pizza is always nice and hot! Keep up the great work!

Zero stars if I could, I ordered my food at 9:11 pm with a delivery time of 25-35 minutes, I live 10 minutes away from the store. I never recieved my order! Never ordering from this location again.

We ordered and it was right before closing. We ordered a family box that came with three pizzas and they were supposed to be square deep dish. We got them and they were round by the time we got them they were closed so we couldn’t call back and they would not fix our order. The pizza was dry and I do not recommend this place

It’s been a while since I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut It’s VERY Different from a year ago less sauce pizzas are dry it seems like less cheese & toppings also The box dinner I ordered is supposed to get 2 sauces on the order I requested marinara and blue cheese only got one dipping sauce the marinara the breadsticks are super salty cannot even eat them they’re so salty very disappointed in Pizza Hut we will not be weekly ordering from them like we used to also delivery took like 30 minutes longer than what the time they said when I ordered the pizza the only good thing about this order was the wings ☹️
