The Big New Yorker is just a standard large size pizza. The cheese on my pizza was baked into the crust, making the whole pizza a dark orange color. I forgot to take a pic of this!

I decided to go pick up my pizza so I could get it hot at the time they said it would be ready. Got there 5 minutes early and when I got my pizza thinking it was out of the oven hot. I was disappointed on the pizza! It was cold and tasted like day old pizza. I won’t be ordering Pizza Hut anymore their quality of pizza isn’t what it use to be.

If I could give these guys -0 stars I would. The WORST experience I’ve ever had with a Pizza Hut. Order was a deal that included a 2 liter drink, which I ordered via Pizza Hut app. Received the order and it was cold and the food undercooked AND the 2 liter Pepsi was not in the order. Called and spoke w/ Sherman who hung up in my face 2xs. Sherman did not attempt to have the drink delivered and continued to state he can give me credit. He was SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have contacted the corporate office and also sent a E-message to them I want a refund for the entire order at this point and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! The ownership feels like it may have changed, because last year when I ordered a few times from this location the food was hot fresh and COOKED TO completion. Never again!!! Dont waste your time with ordering at this location, go to a different one.

I ordered a pizzone and it was really disappointing. The flavor was good but it was about 1/2″ thick with a thin layer of cheese and a few pepperonis in it. The marinara was cold. It’s not worth $6 by any means.

HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE SERVICE. HAD FOOD DELIVERED AND I CALLED IN TO COMPLAIN ABOUT PIZZONE WAS BURNT. EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE ANG HUNG UP ON ME. CALLED BACK AND THEYBDIDNT SAY HELLO OR NOTHING AND JUST HELD THE PHONE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL REPORT TO CORPORATE.

I had a bad experience and explained it to the staff. On the following day, the manager working on 5/23 230pm did the right thing and kindly fixed things. Sometimes things happen, orders get lost, short handed with delivery drivers, etc…I appreciate when people try to fix what could have been a not so good experience, into a positive one.
