It’s the worst pizza hut I have ever dealt with, and apparently, the franchisee could care less from all the negative reviews it has. I ordered a big New Yorker and added mushrooms and olives. What I got looks like their xl shoved in a pan pizza box. It was cold, only had the mushrooms and olives, and it took them an hour and 45 minutes to deliver. The manager refused to listen to me and was very rude. I told her, “Did I need to call corporate, and she said you can if you want. The manager could have cared less, and I will never order from that location again.

I ordered the dinner box with extra sauce on my pizza. I had to to call in my order in my order because the website was down. The person was very polite that took my order. But whenever I called in to let them know my order did not have extra sauce they handed the phone to the manager. Jas is the manager that the phone was handed to. This manager has the nastiest attitude I have ever come by. I stated what had happened and she asked did I eat the pizza. I stated that I only had one slice and stated to me. “ she says So what do you want me to do ?” “ You already the pizza”. I asked could I get a credit. She said she could only give me $5 . She also stated that since I ate the pizza that they were not going to remake it. The situation should’ve been handled better than what it was. Jas needs to fired asap for the nasty attitude. Pretty sure I’m not the only customer done like this.

1 star and thats me being generous. Worked 12 hour shift and was really looking forward to my order from pizza hut ….ended up being biggest disappointment of my day my stuffed crust was almost rock hard crust no cheese in it but was charged for stuffed crust my 2 medium were doughy and cold my chicken Alfredo was also cold and paid almost $5 for a warm 2 lt. Pepsi ..tried calling but no one answers ..very very disappointing

Very disorganized. Got my order… 2 hours after I placed it. It was wrong. Didn’t even try to do anything to correct their incompetence. I filed a complaint with corporate. Lisa is also horrible at customer service. Whatever happened to making sure the customer is satisfied?

I placed my order at 7:19 and it said it would be ready in 15 mins, I arrived at the location at 7:43 and STILL waited until 8:17 for my order, what was the purpose of ordering ahead online??? When I first walked in there were 3 employees standing around on their phones, which would explain why my order was not ready yet. Two of them looked at me and then one told the third to come help me. There was no hospitality in this transaction. They told me that it was coming out the oven as I was paying for it, 30 mins later when they finally handed me my order, the only thing that was actually hot was the pasta, the pizza melt and wings were sitting in the hot box the entire time. They gave me the wrong wings at first and I had to correct them, and they also did not give the breadsticks that come with the pasta, which I didn’t realize until I had gotten home.

I called in my order for 2 big New Yorker pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese. My Dad went to pick up the pizza and brought it home and they sent us 2 plain cheese New Yorkers. We called them and they didn’t even take responsibility for messing up my order and told me that I didn’t call it in, which I did, and that I didn’t order what I ordered! I had them remake the pizza and Sent my Dad back up to pick it up and he waited 30 mins and they had just put it in the oven and were saying that we changed our order when it was supposed to be labled as a correction… Way for a company to take responsibility for their mistakes… Never going there again because on top of it they were extremely RUDE!

This is the WORST Pizza Hut ever! I’ve never heard of them using door dash to deliver pizza. We’ve been waiting over an hour so I decided to call the dasher and she said she’s dropping off someone else’s order. This is so unprofessional and I’ll never eat here again.
