Paid a delivery fee and tipped and we had to pick up the pizza ourselves. The pizza wasn’t ready till after midnight. Original order was at 9 pm. It’s been 3 weeks still have not heard back after our complaint.

The Manger Tina is very unprofessional I order Cinnabon rolls and received something totally different …after talking to the Manger several times before the order even reached me because it was late. The manager excuse is that she had many things going on…but your the manager…so there plenty other hands around that make a call regarding the order like most restaurants do….I very disappointed. …it’s crazy how people just play with your money and food

The Pizza Hut on Kirby has the worst customer service ever. My pizza was wrong and I immediately called them and the guy was very rude and confrontational. He blamed me for not checking my email to verify my order. I have NEVER checked my email before about a pizza. He kept saying this is what you ordered, I told him I would dispute it with my credit card company. He didn’t care about trying to make it right,I have had problems with this location before and will not go to this location again

There was an employee by the name of Richard that told me about getting the pizza “double cut”. I work at a nearby hospital and have alot of coworkers. Sometimes, they waste half of a slice of pizza. They can double cut a large or a medium pizza. The pizza makes it from the standard 8 slices to 16 slices. This perfect for people at the hospital work place. Yeah, people might take more but at least people can try different pizzas if you buy 10 different boxes of pizza. Try to order the pizza via the Pizza hut app, it’s much cheaper than ordering it by phone or as walk in. I had no problems with doing carry out. The only problem is that the parking spaces are really narrow. So if you drive a nice car, park further away from other cars.

Delivery was late; mentioned traffic issue, said someone got hit by a metro train. They forgot one of our orders. Would not refund the money back to us for it. Said refund credit was “probably” back into my account (I had no Pizza hut account). Said they don’t know how the refund works, literally yelled at me on the phone, and hung up on me. Multiple phone calls, manager was always missing, the employee claimed he was the manager, basically later confirmed he was not. I received the missing order by doordash four days after.

Do not order from this location. Order never delivered, excuse after excuse until they closed. Tried to work with them the next day and more of the same. Order from literally anywhere else. Corporate should just shut this location down. Don’t take orders if you can’t make them AFTER 24 HOURS.

I ordered a PAN pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. They gave me a THIN pizza. Pan pizza are a lot more thicker and a lot more expensive!! They took extra money but gave me less pizza. That’s my last time there!

Staff today is really great! but our order took an hour. They decided to clean the grill 30 minutes after we placed our order. They told us the wait will be 10-15 mins after placing the order. A large pizza, single pasta, and 12 wings. They don’t respect the customer’s time, the only reason we didn’t refund is the time we wasted waiting.

Order arrived correctly, but with estimated arrival time was 30-45 min. Pizza arrived over an hour and a half AFTER their stated time frame. Ordered wings, pizza, and cheese sticks.. only the wings were still hot when it finally arrived.

This store used to be terrible but since it has come into new management (as of approximately 2 weeks ago) the change is night and day. The pizza I ordered was the best quality pizza I’ve had from pizza hut in a long time and i definitely plan to continue ordering from here in the future. If you have had a poor experience in the past I highly encourage you to try again as it is not the same store anymore by any means. Also met the new manager when I picked up the pizza, she seems nice and as though she actually cares about the store. Absolutely blown away and much better than I was expecting. (Pic is pepperoni lovers and a classic cheese pizza, both with extra crust flavoring because that’s how I like my pizza)
