My order took over an hour for it to be delivered. I called the restaurant and after being on hold for over 20 minutes all the manager told was that some accident occurred and that it was out of their control. I asked her if she would give me a discount and he said no. When I asked her how come you didn’t call me to tell me of the unforeseen delay. She had no answer. On top of that the food was super greasy. I will never order from them again.

Great place for pizza. This is the only pizza hut location that makes great pizza. I have a closer to one to our home but that location never has toppings or makes my order wrong. The drive is worth it to get fresh hot pizza. We have never had issues with this pizza hut location.

I’ve ordered two other times from this store. On Little York. This recent time was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I paid 68 bucks for 3 burnt pizzas, I added a tip for the delivery driver. Pizzas were over 1.5 hrs late, barely warm and burnt. I didn’t get my delivery tip refunded. I had to go pick up the pizzas my self. By the time I got home the pizzas were cold and tastes like warm oven baked frozen pizza.
