Building needs a remodeling big time! Roof leaks like crazy!. As much money as pizza hut makes they need to invest in updating structure mold on walls and roof. Surprised workers are not sick from breathing in mold.

If I could give this Pizza Hut 0 stars i would. They claim my pizza was cooked and delivered right away but the pizza was ice stone cold and meat looked uncooked. The management is unprofessional and seems like a bunch of teens that’s working there .Then was told they need to pick up pizza before issuing a refund back. I had threw the pizza away . She was okay with me digging in the trash to retrieve the food to give to the delivery driver … who takes food back that’s been thrown away . So unsanitary! I will never order anything else from this location again. Asked for corporate number the lady claim they don’t deal with corporate and couldn’t give me someone above her number . This place need new management asap . Jerry if you don’t get your workers in order you will go out of business. Horrible service and horrible food . And I didn’t know it took 2 people to deliver and or pick the food back up ….

pizza was colder than the north pole took 1 hr 30 mins to get delivered paid for 3 meat toppings and stuffed crust and guess what I didn’t get stuffed crust or 3 meats, normally don’t call to complain but manager said to take the pizza to show her it isn’t stuff crust so they can remake my order, I chose delivery for a reason. all I wanted was the money back for the stuffed crust and meats I did not get and she was hesitant to even store credit me 5$ or what it costs.

Terrible service!! We placed an order for delivery ahead of time for an office party. We tried calling the store but the line was busy. Spoke to a representative who said we should receive it any minute now then 30 minutes passed and we called again and said it would take 20 more minutes. When we called for our refund from the corporate office then our pizza wasn’t delivered until 2 hours later. Do not order from this location!! we still want our refund for the horrible experience and service

I’d like to give 0 stars. Gosh I wish I would have read the reviews but I ordered through their website. Waited almost 2 hours for my pizza. If finally arrives. Cold. Pretty gross tasting and the amount of grease was just ridiculous. After half a slice I had to stop eating as it was making me sick. Waste of time. Waste of money.

Our experience was awful they messed up our pizza was thrown in the box and drop it and the crust had no gralic flavor crust and they forgot our two extra sauce for the bread sticks and no one anwsers the phone to complaint about our pizza. And our bread sticks are hard like they been there forever hard like a rock insteas of giving us a fresh batch.
