The big New Yorker was not as good as I imagined don’t be pulled in by the commercial it isn’t just this oozing cheesy delight. But the wings were delicious the boneless ones were hard so imma asssume they say wherever too long. The fries were a sloppy mess never get fries from a pizza place ‼️ hear me loud waste of 4 dollars coulda got a good 2 from McDonald’s ♀️ let me see the Cinnabon roll minis were the best thing I had and I spent almost a 100 dollars if asked was it worth it I would say no.

I waited two hours for my pizza and after calling a second time to see what was going on, I was told that the driver had knocked a few times and apparently no one answered. The thing is, in order for you to enter my apartment complex I have to buzz you in directly and allow you through the gated community, so how did the driver ever knock on the door without me ever knowing? I immediately became furious and impatient of waiting so I end up having to pick the pizza up myself and it made my delivery experience absolutely horrible. If it wasn’t for Spencer and his superior customer service and de-escalation skills, I would have been completely DONE with Pizza Hut!

We specifically asked the cashier over the phone to make sure they brought change. When the driver got here, he only had a “$10 bill” for change. Meaning he’d get that much of a tip. Mind you, this place is less than ten minutes from us.

On December 15th we had a family gathering and we ordered 4 pizzas that totaled $75 with a tip, we received burnt pizza it even smelled burnt i was so surprised the workers would even allow that pizza to leave the store! After calling they said they would pick up the 2 burnt pizzas And replace them so we were embarrassed we had company and not enough to feed everyone! After 2 hours everyone left and finally the pizza was delivered.. I will never ordered from Pizza Hut! We paid full price no coupon and we had horrible service.

White lady with green hair left hair hanging all over my box of pizza!! Very disgusting. Literally ordered a personal pan pizza and that little pizza was made so sloppy!! I just moved in the are 2 months ago and my first time coming & definitely my last. That $6 for 4 little sloppy slices of pizza I could have gotta 8 better slices from the Little Cesar’s behind pizza .. now I know better!!

I noticed the other reviews got no response from the store, so I certainly don’t expect one. Very disappointing. I was originally very impressed when I got a text after only about 15 minutes that my pizza was on the way. Unfortunately, it was 45 minutes later that the pizza got to me (keep in mind I am less than 2 miles from the location). Driver even took 3-4 minutes to get the pizza out of the car and get to the door. Pizza was burnt but cold, quite the combination. With all of the other options out there . . .

When I order a 2 ingredient pizza–and ask and pay for EXTRA–I expect the pizza to have plenty of the ingredient. I ordered an EXTRA MUSHROOMS pizza and there was barely any mushrooms on it! One slice even had just ONE single mushroom. I was furious!!!!
