Went into pizza hut to pay my order. I made the mistake of not adding pepperoni on my end. The older man (I didn’t get his name) at the register was super sweet and got us a replacement with pepperoni. Undoubtedly the best service I have ever received and even left a $10 tip for him, for the excellent service he provided and asked how I was doing. The older man behind the register definitely deserves a raise! Definitely coming back for all my Pizza Hut needs! 🙂

I bought boneless chicken and cheese bread. The chicken was generous in size, tender, and juicy. Cheese bread was piping hot! Be careful though because it was a bit salty.

Thought I’d never eat at Pizza Hut again after the awful service and pizza I got at the Huntsville I-45 location, but I took a chance at the Sam Houston Ave location and General Manager Jairo restored my faith in Pizza Hut. Great service, perfect pizza, kind words, and thankful for my business. I highly recommend visiting Jairo’s Pizza Hut on Sam Houston in Huntsville, Texas.

Pizza Hut on Sam Houston Avenue, Suite D in Huntsville, Texas is awesome! I placed the order online and by the time I got my shoes on and traveled to the store that was very close, my pizza was ready. It was crispy and topped with an abundance of pepperoni and veggies. It was the perfect pizza!!! The young lady that was working greeted me immediately with a smile as I entered the store. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend instead of just being a customer that ordered food.

I received a surrey from Pizza Hut with the question. “What can we do to receive a strongly agree next time?” I would like to actually get my pizza. I ordered at 11pm on the app for the Pizza Hut at 4030 Sam Houston Ave. Suite D, Huntsville, TX 77340. 1 full hour before closing time. It said expected arrival at 11:42pm. I never received my order. I have used Pizza Hut plenty before but it is one thing to not receive my order perfectly heated or right on time but I never even got it. Then when I called today. It just said the phone number was no longer valid. I honestly don’t know what to think but I can’t just overlook a $30 order going missing. Sorry but its gonna have to be a 1 out of 5 on this review guys n gals

Food tasted great. I ordered online and wasn’t able to add the buffalo and lemon pepper together so when I made it in the store I asked if they could give me the lemon pepper seasoning to add it myself, and it was no problem, the pizza was stuffed crossed the 1 topping deal for $12. Sergio was so fast I was amazed! Great service
