Terrible service. Driver had a white/silver Toyota car that had Pokémon stickers on it and was so rude. My friend also told us the same driver cut them off on hwy 105 and almost caused a wreck. They went inside and told the managers what had happened. They said they would have a conversation but I will be telling everyone I know and all the people in my network to not order from Pizza Hut again.

Pizza took an hour and half to get. Was cold and pasta was cold and nasty. Will never order again. It was a Wed at 5 pm and took to long and received cold, box was crushed too.

I ordered a pizza on 9/20/22 the lady that took my order said I would get my pizza in 30 minutes, it came came 1 hour later, the driver said to call store and let them know what happened and my next pizza would be free, I spoke to manager and she laughed saying that was the call center that had told me that and they shouldn’t have said 30 minutes, she said she couldn’t give me a free pizza, she continued to interrup me and wouldn’t let me speak, then another rep got on phone and eventually hung up on me, they did say there was no one above them to speak with, u can bet your bottom dollar I will find someone. These 2 people were so rude to me a customer I could not believe it

They have the BEST PIZZA MELTS in the world, those chicken creamy cheesy parmesan( don’t eat bacon so they leave it off for me) & they ARE DELICIOUS… I can’t stop eating them,. I ate at least 4 of them in one week… I found every reason to go by and pick one up, yes they do delivery (I could just drive faster & pick it up myself LOL ) they are so AWESOME ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great experience here! It’s not often you can place a “carry out” order and only spend 5 minutes total in a restaurant but leave impressed by the level of customer service…but that’s what happened! Not only was my pizza ready & hot, but I was greeted by several employees upon arrival. They even showed me the pizza before I left to make sure it was exactly as I wanted it! Seriously, it was a perfect pizza and a perfect customer service experience.

Lol a lot of you “reviewers” need to chill. It’s a bunch of guys n gals driving around your food from Pizza Hut. A lot of it at times. A mistake is bound to happen and I find it… awkward… to decimate a rating because of one.
