I’ve never had a bad experience. Pizza is always hot, and the way I order it. 8-25-23 Today was the first bad experience I ordered pizza and bread sticks. Bread sticks hard and cold called and spoke with manager she told me she didn’t believe me that’s not true cause they were just taking out. I’ll have to find another Pizza Hut!

Wow! So tonight they unfortunately forgot our 2 liter and the driver (BRANDON) went out of his way to go to the corner store and purchase us 2 drinks. All I have to say is wow!! Ghetto employees who just click their nails and smack on their gum! Beyond slow service, pizza not ready by pick up time and manager on duty Erica threatened to cancel my order, I gladly told her and the other two heffers where they can place my order. I’ve been ordering from here for years with no issues, but getting an attitude with the customer shouldn’t be an option when you’re behind. Next time get dumb and dumber at the front desk to go to the back and make pizzas besides chatting it up like they are celebrities on a red carpet

I can not believe that this place doesn’t have any safety measures to prevent what has occurred on my last order. I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and some pasta pasta was fine the pizza however I had two pieces my wife had two as well luckily I was hungry and ate before her however I found inside my stuffed crust was a long dark curly hair so she picked at her food and found their was two hairs in hers as well I am so disgusted that it was allowed to happen none in the rest of the pizza but I’m not letting my family eat that

First time seeing a pizza hut that’s in a strip mall… ordered a dinner box and husband’s pizza was wrong, he took the messed up one back in and they gave him his “correct” one.. it was still messed up but we were annoyed and done with them by then. Ordered the 4 pack of 20oz bottles for $6 and got over charged!

I ordered online for delivery and an hour later it’s still hasn’t arrived so I called the restaurant to see what happened.
